- Pimping opportunities expanded, you can recruit new prostitutes
- New events and options for the PC and the NPCs working for him/her
- Ties in with the new Crime and Punishment content (You must be careful with your rivals in the district as well as the police)
I spy
- Voyeurism content gets expanded with new locations and couples to spy on
- An opportunity to take pictures and sell them thus making spying on others a lucrative business
- a Horn Agency related storyline associated with voyeurism

- The circus comes to town! meet new people at the Hornstown Carnival
- Plenty of ways to get into sexy and humiliating situations in this new location
- Freak show, slapstick, hypnotism and all kinds of weird and wonderfulscenarios with new NPCs to meet
