So I watched the newest poppy playtime chapter, chapter 4, and I was surprised to find the story and plot finally really worked for me. I’ve been lowkey enjoying the series, I like indie horror so I do watch/play a lot of it. Poppy never really stood out to me, least not enough to draw, but chapter 4 story wise, finally delivered on a lot of things. The two standouts for me was Doey and the Doctor, Harley Sawyer

I will say, I definitely do have issues with this new chapter, I don’t love all the directions they went with things. BUT I do finally feel invested,,

Can we just talk about how messed up playtime co is, and by extension Dr.Sawyer too. He’s truly awful and twisted, he’s like super down with killing kids in order to figure out science stuff. It makes what William Afton dude almost seem small in comparison BAHAH like I do think actually William would be shocked by the pure scale of their kids murdering operations, even if he’d be somewhat interested in the findings as well. It’s almost comedic, this isn’t a bad thing for either, I just think the difference is funny

Had fun drawing this out, I may draw a lil more poppy as a treat, I think there’s a lot of funny aspects from that game and it be fun to talk about it. I already wanna draw more indie horror games as is, so fun lil excuse to, I won’t go crazy with it or anything, just a fun new lil thing to draw here and there, anyway!! I hope you enjoy this comic!! 🩵💜
