The idea that Gregory and Cassie’s friendship is in some way trying to parallel David and Cassidy’s relationship, makes me sniffle, the idea I really like, EVEN IF it’s a doomed friendship scenario
I PERSONALLY also like the idea that David and Cassidy knew one another before they died, it kinda adds to the fact that they share golden Freddy. It also explains some of Cassidy’s actions, people like to frame her as only vengeful angry, etc but I actually think she’s very sweet. Especially from what we understand from the logbook and FNAF 3, she wanted to help David to pass on. In the logbook she asks him questions, things THAT honestly might prove she knew him before. Like the question of “does he still talk to you” referring to Fredbear, how would she know to ask that, or even know this information unless he told her etc
SO I like them being friends,,, if I think too hard about all the similarities between these four I’ll sob, SO just understand my vibe here BAHAH I had a lot of fun drawing this out! I’m actually so happy with how the lighting especially turned out in this comic, it’s so soft and gentle,, also get to see Cassidy before she was a ghost,, I might draw more of this concept sometime!! I think it could be fun to explore both the similarities between these 4, and also the friendship David and Cassidy had before their passing. Anyway!! I hope you enjoy this comic!! 🩵💜
