True, as the “Old Wives” saying goes: No woman is ever truly “a little pregnant.” But Pluto is still fairly little. Of course, we’re looking forward to shooting her as she gets larger. Much larger. And yet, in each of the sets we produced with her the other day, it seems that the Old Wives were definitely right about how pregnancy can affect a woman’s libido.
In this first set from that session, Pluto poses for part of what will become a series of images spanning her pregnancy. And while she was sitting, and then lying there, the smoothing of her body oil, the warmth of the studio, and a discussion of various other factors related to becoming impregnated…well, she ended up engaging in some very personal attention. Let’s be clear, there are rules about the professional relationship between photographers and models. We shouldn’t touch the models. So she’s the one who supplied the actual contact.
But we definitely paid attention. And we think you will, too.
