Gift of Hedone: Playtest 001B (Now Closed)

Hello you lovely Deviants,

Gift of Hedone - Playtest 001B - for Jumping, Running, and Dashing is now live!

The playtest will end 01/11/25 or until Playtest 002A is ready (whatever comes first)

This is the essentially the same as Playtest001A with some bug fixes and mechanic changes - When you are in the game, I would highly recommend reading the "Changes + Bug Fixes" Menu shown below so you know what changes you are looking for.

You can download the ZIP FILE attachment on this post . Once extracted, the file to play is:

Once you open this, you may be met with a "Windows Protected your PC" Prompt, click the "more info" button, and you should then be able to "Run anyway"

Once you open the game you will be greeted with entering a Password the Password is:

PLEASE REMEMBER - this will be an underwhelming playtest for most, as you are just checking very rudimentary things (Running, Jumping, and Dashing) - Most of you will likely be done or bored within a few minutes.

My game is only for Windows PC, but if you run into any issues trying to open the playtest file, please comment below and I will respond, do not send me a DM - that way in case others are having the same issue they can see a fix.

Please also know if there happens to be issues that cause a large number of people to have difficulty playtesting, I will be happy to revise the end date of the playtest.

And if I said I fixed a bug and you managed to still find the bug, that's a good thing - at the end of the day, as it means there were other ways to replicate the bug that I had not considered.
