Gift of Hedone: Lady Death "Interaction"

I wanted to slightly revise the Lady Death design, and I think I have figured out how I may involve her in the game.
Appearance:

I wanted to give her face a little more character, I felt like the left and older one is a bit plain, and not really menacing.
How will you be able to interact? - the current idea
So, as their name is "Lady Death", I wanted their character to be related to "fainting", but I don't want them to appear every time you "faint", as I want you to be able to get straight back into it the game.
My idea is that there is an internal counter, counting and keeping a record of the amount of times you have fainted, and once you reach certain faint milestones, along with a level, you are teleported to her domain.
For example - 20 faints, and level 20 you are first teleported, and the next one would be something like 40 faints, level 40, but if you had 40 faints, but were level 30, you would not get teleported again until level 40.
This would then be a chance to "interact" with them, and maybe get some reward, I was thinking like a unique line artefacts or maybe even weapons.
What do you think of this, and do you have any suggestions/feedback or ideas on the rewards.

There have already been very valid questions about "What if I don't faint?"
This is why I love asking the community, because i hadn't even considered that, I will definitely need to explore that, maybe something like reaching certain levels or parts of the story or map without fainting would trigger her still but with a slightly different dialogue of "why are you trying to avoid me?"
So that way you are not missing out, maybe the items or interactions could even be different Depending on how you meet her via "fainting" vs "not fainting"

2025-10-08 05:37:27 +0000 UTCSince she is death, and anyone that touches death, dies... when fainting, you could incorporate an Easter egg where the MC touches her, or her giving the MC the 'little death' counts as dying.

2025-10-05 01:42:24 +0000 UTCI definitely like the idea of if you don't faint, she shows up from time to time 'chasing' you. Depending on what you do in the game, she'll get increasingly more angry, OR she'll be more of a 'pick me' girl. (I.E. Why are you ignoring me!? Why won't you FUCK me! Etc.) You can go many ways for a character like this, her being a pseudo-hidden character leaves a lot mystery, and replay value that many H-games don't have!
