The Logia Brothers Chapter 72

Hey friends and fans! Kairomaru is bringing you another chapter of The Logia Brothers! The Straw Hats have arrived on Enies Lobby! Luffy has already opened both the Main Gate and Island Gate, while destroying the top of the Main Gate. Hundreds of Marines and Cipher Pol agents are already down from two blasts of Luffy’s Conqueror’s Haki as well. Zoro easily cut through the iron fence surrounding the island, clearing the way for Rocketman to get aground, climb the large stone staircase, go through both gates, and end up on the main street of Enies Lobby. With the pirates already so deep into the island, what can Spandam, the CP9, and the forces of Enies Lobby do but try and fight?

Chapter 72 – Raid of Enies Lobby: Part 1

Enies Lobby was in chaos like it had never seen before.

A single pirate had not only made it to the island, but had forced about both gates barehanded, destroyed the top of the Main Gate and its cannons, and had already incapacitated hundreds of Marines and Cipher Pol agents.

Shortly after that, a runaway Sea Train had somehow made it past the iron fence surrounding the island and derailed into the island itself, making it past both the Main Gate and the Island Gate in one long rush that tore up the stone ground and left the Sea Train itself a wreck. With the first wave of defense completely destroyed, the situation only got worse as more pirates emerged from the wrecked Sea Train.

“Ow…” Usopp groaned as he staggered off the Rocketman. “That landing could’ve been a lot smoother…”

“We made it here alive, no reason to complain.” Zoro was nonchalant about the crash that got them into the heart of Enies Lobby.

Chopper shook himself as he hopped out of the wrecked Rocketman. “I don’t think that’s right, Zoro.”

Sanji agreed with Chopper. “He’s right, Marimo! What if the ladies had gotten hurt?!”

“Shut up, Dartbrow.” Zoro waved Sanji’s question off.

“Both of you shut up!” Nami snapped at them as she stepped off the Rocketman.

Mikita rolled her shoulder with a grin. “Yeah, we’re here to get Robin and Franky back. There’s plenty of people here to fight, so there’s no need to fight amongst ourselves. Kyahahaha!” She laughed brightly.

Vivi looked around as she stepped off the Sea Train. “It looks like Luffy already took care of a lot of them.” The bodies strewn all over the place certainly didn’t look like they’d be getting up for a while.

The sounds of hundreds of footsteps filled the air along with the yells and calls of orders. The Marines and Cipher Pol agents still on the island were rallying and trying to bolster their defense in response to the sudden attack and invasion.

“Looks like we’re going to have to fight our way over to that tower.” Zoro said as he drew Sandai Kitetsu and Yubashiri.

“Our goal for coming here is to get Robin back, not to fight!” Nami reminded the swordsman as she fluidly assembled her Perfected Climatact.

Sanji tossed his spent cigarette aside and tapped the toes of his dress shoe on the ground. “I’ll be the first one to get to that tower and save Robin-chwan.”

As the first Marines and Cipher Pol agents came into view, all of them armed and ready to fight, the Straw Hats all rushed forward.

“Gah!”

“What the?!”

“Watch out!”

“Ack!”

“Augh!”

The cries of shock and pain were loud as the Straw Hats brought the fight to the Marines and agents all at once.

Zoro seemed to flow through the crowd, his swords no more than blurs and arcs of silvery light. Swords, spears, pistols, rifles, bazookas, and the ones that wielded them all fell apart, the weapons destroyed and the men falling to the ground in agony as blood erupted from large lacerations across their bodies.

Sanji’s feet were nothing but blurs, but every impact sounded like a club hitting flesh. Bodies rag dolled through the air, crashed into nearby walls, or slammed into the ground hard enough to nearly crack the stone. Sanj flipped into a handstand and swung both legs in a full circle like a giant wheel, slamming his feet into every single agent and Marine around him, sending them flying and clearing out the entire area around him.

“Rumble!” Chopper tossed one of his yellow pills into his mouth and crunched down on it, swallowing his own formulation and feeling it take effect almost immediately. His body grew and morphed, becoming humanoid, but lithe and muscled. “Jumping Point!”

“Going up!” Mikita grinned as she lowered her weight to only a kilogram and hopped on Chopper’s back.

With his altered form, Chopper launched himself high into the air with Mikita on his back. Once they reached the apex of Chopper’s jump, Mikita grinned as she slid around and let Chopper take hold of her waist. Raising his arms above his head, and the incredibly light Mikita as well, Chopper hurled her downwards towards more incoming enemies.

“Incoming!” Mikita yelled with a wild grin as she sped through the air and altered her weight to her max of ten-thousand kilograms. Using the speed she was moving from Chopper’s throw, combined with gravity, Mikita crashed straight through one side of a building before hitting the ground like a mortar shell right in the middle of the large group of enemies.

BAM

Bodies went flying in all directions as a huge dust cloud erupted from the point of impact. The yells and screams of pain were loud, but Mikita ignored them as she shot upwards using her leg strength and her light body that once more only weighed a single kilogram. She landed on top of a nearby building with a bright smile.

“Strike!” Mikita declared loudly. “Kyahahaha!”

Nami sighed as she spun her Climatact as the agents and Marines opened fire on the pirates. A white cloud flowed from within Nami’s staff and became a large wall, the bullets all it and flattened or ricocheted off of it harmlessly. With a swing of her staff the wall flowed into a whip-like shape and slashed the gunmen, cutting them all down in a spray of blood. The strange cloud flowed around Nami as she moved her staff again.

“This Eisen Dial upgrade is great, Usopp!” Nami praised the new function of her Climatact.

“Glad you like!” Usopp hollered back while firing shot after shot from his pistols, every bullet dropping a Marine or a Cipher Pol agent. “A little busy right now!” He fired again and a large Marine wielding a huge cannon-like bazooka cried out in agony.

“My knee!” The towering Marine bellowed out in pain as his leg gave at and he fell to the side, his huge weapon crashing to the ground with a loud thud.

“Horn Point!” Chopper cried out as his body shifted again, his upper body growing larger and his antlers growing into wide, multi-pointed almost spears as he fell from the air and crashed into a group of gunmen atop one of the nearby buildings.

“Argh!”

“Gugh!”

“My arm!”

The gunmen cried out in pain as they were impaled in multiple places by the falling, sharp antlers.

“Reeaauugghh!” Chopper let out a loud deer screech as he lifted his head, taking a couple of the Marines into the air, and shook his head side to side, throwing the injured men aside to crash into their colleagues.

Ssssshhhhh

Sand rushed from Vivi and across the ground. The charging agents and Marines quickly found their footing compromised as the rushing sand took their feet out from under them. Before any of them could figure out what had just happened, the sand rushed upwards in a massive geyser-like torrent that launched them all through the air. The cries of panic and fear went silent as the men crashed into the ground one after another.

THUD

THUD

The ground shook a bit as two massive impacts behind the crashed Rocketman got the pirates’ attention.

“They got through the gates, Oimo.” One giant said to another.

The giant had long dark hair and a big semi-bearded chin. He wore orange suspenders, which held up an orange and black kilt with yellow buttons on it. His torso and arms were bare, exposing well-toned muscles. He had big black boots that went up his shins, as well as an orange helmet with a tan brim and two small tan stripes around the middle. The top of the helmet had light blue frills reminiscent of a mohawk, supported by a tan protrusion along the center, and two small horns are on the sides.

“Yeah. Mustn’t let them get any further, Kashii.” Oimo said while looking at his fellow giant.

“I really didn’t want to get up.” Kashii rubbed his eye with his left hand, his right hand holding an axe that was almost the size of a building.

Oimo yawned. “But it’s work. Let’s go.”

Kashii looked at the small group of pirates as he took a step towards them. “I haven’t had enough sleep. Let’s just run them off quick and go back to bed.”

“Oimo too.” Oimo agreed as he rested his equally massive club on his shoulder.

“THEY HAVE GIANTS?!” Usopp yelled out in shock.

Zoro and Sanji made to head for the two giants, but Vivi’s sand cut them off.

“I’ll handle these two.” Vivi said as she looked at her friends with a smile. “Please get to Robin quickly!”

“Vivi?” Nami looked at her lover, knowing that Vivi didn’t like to fight and wasn’t the type to seek out the strongest opponents that she could.

Vivi smiled at Nami. “I’ve got this. I’ll catch up with you all soon.”

Usopp stepped up beside Vivi, even though his legs were shaking slightly. “I’ll back you up!” He didn’t know why the proud warriors of Elbaf that he’d learned about from Dorry and Broggy would work for the World Government, but he didn’t want the image that he had of the land of warriors to be tainted.

“Let’s go.” Zoro said, respecting Vivi and Usopp’s wishes. He took off running towards the tower in the distance.

“Stay safe.” Nami leaned over to kiss Vivi’s cheek before running after Zoro. “Zoro, take the left path! LEFT, I SAID!!!”

Sanji grimaced but followed after Nami. “I’ll be back as soon as possible, Vivi-swan!” He promised as he nearly blurred in the direction of the tower.

Mikita hopped down from the rooftop and landed lightly next to Vivi, leaving a soft kiss on her cheek as well. “Take them down quick, Vivi.” She smiled at her lover, fully believing in Vivi’s victory.

“Usopp?!” Chopper easily jumped down from the building he was on top of and looked at his friend.

“Get going, Chopper!” Usopp said strongly. “Vivi and I have got this battle!”

Chopper’s eyes sparkled as Usopp took up a battle pose. “You’re so cool, Usopp!” He transformed into his reindeer form and took off with Mikita, both of them following after the others, heading straight for the tower at the other end of the island.

“Hey! Come back!” Kashii called out as he and Oimo took steps towards the fleeing pirates.

“You can’t run from us!” Oimo declared as a single step from him covered the almost a third of the distance between the Island Gate and the Rocketman.

A massive sandstorm spun into existence around Vivi before she directed it at the two giants. “Asifa Ramila!” The sandstorm buffeted Oimo and Kashii, making them both raise their free arms to cover their eyes. “Sayf al Rimal!” A massive scimitar of sand formed and swung at Kashii.

Clang

Kashii blocked the attack with his axe, even with his vision obscured.

Bam

Usopp unleashed four shots at Oimo’s face, specifically his eyes, but the giant easily dealt with the bullets with his hand and the tough skin of his people.

“You’re one of those Logias, aren’t you?” Kashii questioned Vivi before spitting a bit as some of the sand blowing through the air got in his mouth.

“She definitely is, Kashii.” Oimo said as he glared down at Vivi and Usopp.

-Spandam’s Office-

“WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!” Spandam screamed as he saw the damaged Main Gate and the Island Gate both open. Buildings being damaged and clouds of dust and smoke rising up from various parts of the island, and every explosion was closer to the Tower of Law than the last one. “What are the forces of Enies Lobby doing?!” He turned to look at Robin and Franky with wide eyes. “Damn it!” He looked at all the members of CP9. “What’re you all sitting around for?! Take up positions and hold off the pirates until I get Cutty Flam and Nico Robin through the Gates of Justice!”

That got all of CP9 moving.

Blueno raised his right hand and touched the air in front of him. “Air Door.” The air visibly warped and took a simplistic ‘door’ shape which Blueno opened and stepped into, letting it close behind him and vanish.

“Lucci, wait!” Spandam called out to the strongest member of CP9. “You’re staying with me and helping me transport the prisoners.”

Lucci partially transformed into his Half-Beast Form as a growl slipped out of his muzzle, his fangs bared before he reined in his Devil Fruit power. It was clear that the assassin was hungry for blood, but would follow orders as the World Government had been the ones to put Spandam in-charge of CP9.

Spandam grabbed Robin’s arm and jerked her to her feet before dragging her along, his other hand clutching onto his special sword tightly.

Lucci took hold of the thick iron chains binding Franky and dragged him along behind him.

“Hey! Lucci! You bastard!” Franky growled and struggled, trying to slow down Lucci however he could.

-Luffy-

Krakboom

Lightning flashed and thunder shook the air as another building exploded, sending it collapsing into rubble as more Marines and Cipher Pol agents fell and screamed in panic, fear, and pain.

“Get out of my way.” Luffy rumbled out, his voice like distant thunder as he disappeared in another spark and reappeared atop a different building, feeling through his massive Observation Range where Robin was. He zapped through the air as a bolt, landing on another street closer to the Tower of Law. “She’s in there.”

Luffy narrowed his eyes at a space ahead of him a second before the air distorted and it opened like a door, revealing Blueno as the tall man with his hair styled like bull horns stood in Luffy’s path while the air door closed behind him and vanished.

“Soru!” Blueno wasted no time in blurring straight at Luffy. “Rankyaku!” His leg lashed out…or it would have. “GUKH!!!”

Luffy’s sandal-clad foot slammed into the side of Blueno’s head and the CP9 agent vanished.

Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam

Blueno’s body smashed straight through three buildings before slamming through the wall of a fourth. The speed he’d traveled through the various walls had almost sounded like a single, long crash. Blueno was barely conscious, his body radiating pain and his entire head felt like it was stuffed with cotton as his vision developed black spots and began to fade.

“Don’t get in my way.” Luffy said, even though Blueno couldn’t hear him from the distance, and then vanished in another spark. He was almost to the tower where Robin was.

Luffy hadn’t paid any attention to the few Cipher Pol agents that had seen what he’d just done to a member of CP9. But the agents quickly tried to call it in, only to find that they couldn’t get through to Spandam. The man had a bad habit of leaving the receiver off the Transponder Snail’s shell, making it impossible to call him.

-Courthouse-

“Shut up!” A loud voice shouted at the Marines and agents running around. “What’s all the racket?! You woke me up!”

“Agh! Chief Justice! There’s a group of pirates running wild on the island! But we can’t reach Director Spandam! Please, give us orders in his place!”

The Chief Justice was a huge man, with three heads that wore a massive blue tabard embroidered with the World Government’s emblem. The garment covered everything apart from the three heads, the lower legs and feet, and both arms. The head on the right had a stubbled, squared-jaw and wore a keffiyeh-esque headdress and an odd square visor over its eyes. The center head looked like an aged man, with a prominent white beard and wore a bicorne-esque hat with a pronounced crown. The head on the left looked like a relatively young man and wore a sombrero-esque hat over its orange hair. In the strange, three-head man’s left hand was a huge saber that was taller than any of the men standing before him.

“Pirates?! Pirates are guilty!” The head on the right yelled out.

“Hrumph!” The center head snorted loudly.

“Don’t say that. Let’s let them off.” The left head said in opposition to the right head’s words.

“Hrumph!” The center head grunted out again.

This was the Chief Justice of the courthouse of Enies Lobby, known by most as ‘Three-headed Baskerville’.

“We’ll compromise and give them…the death penalty!” The center head declared loudly.

“WHAT?!” The two head on either side slammed into the central head with a loud ‘bonk’ sound.

“Chief Justice, your orders, please!” One of the Marines requested urgently.

“The Straw Hat pirates have made it past both gates and are heading towards the courthouse!” A Cipher Pol agent reported to Baskerville.

All three of Baskerville’s heads looked shocked for a second before bellowing out their orders. “What?! Send out one-hundred courthouse guards to take out these pirates immediately!”

All of the Marines and Cipher Pol agents saluted. “Yes, sir!”

-Chopper and Nami-

“Ugh… They’re so fast.” Nami said as Zoro, Sanji, and Mikita were already at the other end of the street.

“Do you want me to give you a ride, Nami?” Chopper asked as he kept pace with her.

Both of them flinched and jumped in opposite directions as a blur past through where they’d both been standing, two blades swinging through the air where their necks had been. Coming from behind them, from the alleyways between the buildings, and even cutting off their path forward were at least a hundred men riding large, grey dogs. The man that had attacked them quickly hopped onto the back of his own dog again and sneered at the two pirates.

“Who the hell are you guys?” Nami demanded as she readied her Climatact.

All of the dog-riding men wore the same uniform that included purple helmets with a bull’s eye pattern and a white feather on top, blue gloves that went up to their elbows, and brown pants. They also wore white vests with a gold belt placed on their chest, knee guards, and black shoes. Each and every member also had the flag of the World Government tattooed on both of their arms and wielded long, thin arm blades.

“We’re the Courthouse Guard Force!” The man that had attacked Nami and Chopper responded with a mocking smile. “On orders from Chief Justice Baskerville, we’ve come to serve some justice!”

Chopper listened with his Observation Haki, quickly finding the ‘voices’ of the dogs the men were riding and found them to be aggressive only when ordered. The simple ‘voices’ of the dogs were calm beneath the trained aggression, but only an animal like Chopper would be able to notice as easily as he did. ‘My five minutes are almost up.’ He knew he’d need a second Rumble Ball before they finished this fight so that he could continue using his seven transformations.

“You pirates won’t be able to keep up with our speed! We’ll skewer you and then go after the others!” The seeming leader of the Courthouse Guards declared with a nasty smirk.

“Unless we take you down first.” Nami said as she twirled her Climatact, releasing blue and red balls of air upwards, mixed with small, puffy white clouds being released occasionally.

“Rumble!” Chopper took a second yellow pill. “Arm Point!” His arms bulked up incredibly, filling with thick and strong muscles while his hands remained cloven hooves.

The Courthouse Guards all charged forward on their large dogs, blades at the ready. “YAAAHHH!!!”

Chopper ‘saw’ the charge coming from behind with his Observation and pivoted to meet it head on. “Kokutei Roseo Metel!” He threw his cloven hooves forward in a blurring speed of ‘punches’ that slammed into each and ever dog-riding guard that got anywhere close to him, leaving deep imprints of his hooves on their bodies as they hacked up spit, blood, and bile while being knocked off their large dogs. Each imprint love like a cherry blossom as they almost glowed from the body instantly bruising, the skin taking on a bright pink-red color before darkening into blue-purple bruises.

“The weather is stormy…” Nami grinned as she felt the electric static in the air, the large white cloud above the street darkening as it absorbed more and more water vapor from the hot and cold air meeting and mixing. And quick swipe of her Climatact sent a sphere of electricity flying straight into the large cloud. “Thunderbolt Tempo!”

The large cloud darkened into a deep black and rumbled with thunder, making all of the Courthouse Guards look up in shock to see a storm cloud hanging right above them.

“What is that?!”

KRAKBOOM

Lightning bolts rained down on the street, striking everything on one side.

Nami leapt away as her Observation practically screamed at her. “That idiot! He didn’t make it targetable!”

“Walk Point!” Chopper swiftly shifted to his reindeer form and dashed over to Nami, letting her grab onto him as he bolted away from the falling lightning. When they escaped the range of the Thunderbolt Tempo, they looked back and saw the Courthouse Guards wiped out, their bodies charred and twitching from the electrical shocks. The dog were mostly unharmed, having fled form the thunder and lightning, but the large grey canines were slowly returning to their riders and gently nudging them with their noses, completely ignoring Nami and Chopper.

“I’m gonna kill Usopp!” Nami growled out, her teeth suddenly appearing sharp and shark-like. “I nearly took both of us out by accident!”

Chopper began to run in the direction that the others had gone earlier. “We need to catch up!”

Nami could already sense more Marines and Cipher Pol agents coming, obviously attracted by the loud thunder from her attack. “Let’s avoid pointless fights!” She detached one end of her Climatact from the rest and swung it forward, launching three small white spheres. “Ball Cloud!”  The small balls expanded into larger, perfectly spherical clouds that looked solid. “Use them as stepping stones, Chopper!”

“Got it!” Chopper easily leapt up onto the first Ball Cloud and then the second, then the third, landing atop one of the buildings on his next jump and running across the roof. Nami threw another Ball Cloud at the space between the two buildings and Chopper jumped onto it, using it as a stepping point to bridge the gap easily.

Before the charging Marines and agents could get to the street that had been hit by the Thunderbolt Tempo, the Ball Clouds had thinned into fog and mist that was rapidly disappearing due to the unsuitable conditions. All they would find was the wiped out Courthouse Guards, with only one still conscious to tell them all what had happened.

-Courthouse-

“The Courthouse Guard Force has been decimated!” One of the Cipher Pol agents reported, a baby Transponder Snail in his hand giving him the new information.

“WHAT?!” Baskerville roared out with all three heads. “Ten-thousand soldiers are being swatted aside like flies! Can the entrance to the World Government be entrusted to guards like you?! You should be ashamed!”

The agents and Marines all bowed their heads. “O-Our deepest apologies! But we didn’t know the extent of their strength! Once we surround them, we’ll surely…”

The central head of Baskerville cut them off. “Shut up, fools! Your words no longer mean anything!”

“That’s right!” The left head of Baskerville agreed. “Now that it has come to this, we must move on to our last resort! I’m going to call them!”

“No way!” The agents and Marines cried out. “You’re going to release them into the town?!”

The right head of Baskerville shut them all up. “Of course I’ll call on them! They are the Judicial Island’s executioners! It’s settled! They’re coming out!”

The central head was noticeably quiet, not voicing his own agreement to call ‘them’.

“Call them!” Both the left and right head slammed into the center one.

“Gah!” The central head cried out at the pain.

One of the Marines saluted as he made a new report. “S-Sir… The outside forces have lost track of ‘Straw Hat’ Luffy.”

The central head nearly snarled. “Huh?! SILENCE!!! I don’t want to hear any more bad news! My decision has been made!”

“Wait! Wait a second!” One of the agents cried out.

“Let loose the Eleven Righteous Jurors!!!” All three Baskerville heads bellowed out.

A Marine grabbed his head in panic at the order. “Are you serious?! They’ll crush the whole town!”

-Vivi and Usopp-

“GRAAHHH!!!” Oimo roared out as he slammed his club down on Vivi, shaking the ground as the stone shattered from the force.

“Over there!” Kashii’s eyes darted to his left and he swung his axe through a large cloud of swirling sand. “I missed?!” He blinked as the cloud of sand was easily cleaved through and the wind kicked up by the giant’s swing sent debris flying.

Usopp holstered his pistols, realizing that they weren’t going to cut it against giants. “Time to unveil my new slingshot!” He pulled out a green metallic contraption that looked like a cross between a staff and a slingshot once he extended the handle to its full length. This slingshot had five prongs, instead of two, making it more powerful than his old slingshot. “Behold my Kabuto!” He declared loudly, briefly getting both Oimo and Kashii’s attention. “Crafted by the genius Usopp with Dial technology, it shoots faster, further, and with greater power than ever before!”

“Huh?” Kashii blinked in confusion as he raised his axe high.

Oimo raised his club as well. “You’re loud and annoying!”

Usopp tossed something into the pouch and pulled back the slingshot, aiming straight between the two closing in giants. “Special Attack: Red Snake Tabasco Star!” The pouch was released and the large pellet flew forward, trailing a thick red smoke behind it before it burst open right between Kashii and Oimo into a thick cloud of smoke.

Kashii grunted once. “You can’t blind us, small one!”

“Yeah, we know where you…are…AAAAHHH!!!” Oimo bellowed out as his free hand came up to cover his eyes. “My eyes! They burn!”

“ACHOO!!!” Kashii sneezed powerfully. “Muh nose, ow! It burns!”

Both of the staggered giants tried to cover their eyes and noses from the irritating red smoke. With their attention diverted, Vivi had more than enough time to utilize her Devil Fruit to a greater degree.

“Huh?!” Oimo and Kashii both cried out as the ground beneath their feet gave way, buried them up to their thighs in shifting sand.

“Tabut El Miluk!” Vivi yelled out as the shifting sands all gathered together around the two staggered giants. The sand rapidly compacted over and over again as Vivi created more and more sand with her Devil Fruit. The ever-moving sands rose up higher and higher before compacting into the shape of an Alabastan Royal Tomb and then solidified into hyper dense sandstone, trapping both Oimo and Kashii with only their head sticking out of the top of the construct.

Usopp cheered seeing both giants trapped. “Yeah! That was great, Vivi!”

Vivi swirled into existence next to Usopp with a smile. “I’m glad that we didn’t have to kill them.”

“They aren’t going to break out of that, are they? Giants are super strong, you know?” Usopp recalled just how powerful Broggy and Dorry were.

“Without being able to move, they can’t gain any leverage to use their strength. They won’t be able to get out of that.” Vivi assured Usopp with a nod. That wasn’t even mentioning the fact that the two giants were encased in hundreds of tons of hyper dense sandstone.

A sniffle was heard, quite loudly.

Both Vivi and Usopp looked upwards, seeing Oimo with tears welling up in his eyes.

“Th-The shame…” Oimo uttered out.

Kashii wasn’t much better, but his sniffles were mixed with deep sorrowful breaths as he tried to prevent any tears. “Sorry, Chiefs…we failed you…”

A large tear fell from Oimo’s eye and landed with a splash on top of the sandstone. “We’re the sh-shame of Elbaf…”

Usopp perked up at the familiar name. “I knew it, you’re both from Elbaf!”

Vivi, seeing the two giants so distraught, defaulted to her normal kind and empathetic nature. “What are you two ashamed of? We’ll listen.”

“It won’t do any good to tell you.” Kashii said with a racking breath as he fought his sadness valiantly.

Oimo looked down at the two small humans that had defeated them. “Fifty years…and we failed. Now our Chiefs will spend the rest of their lives in a cell.”

“Your chiefs?” Usopp cocked his head to the side.

“We were pirates a hundred years ago, causing terror throughout the seas with our two Chiefs.” Oimo said as another two tears splashed down onto the dense sandstone.

Kashii, clearly deciding to follow Oimo’s lead, began to speak as well through his heavy, racking breaths. “But they started a Divine Duel and the crew eventually split.”

Vivi and Usopp looked at each other, the story sounding VERY familiar.

Oimo sniffled loudly again. “We waited and waited for the victor to return to Elbaf, but after fifty years, we knew something was wrong. So, we set sail to pick them up.”

“But we were caught by the Marines and learned a surprising truth…both of our Chiefs had been captured and were locked in a massive prison.” Kashii said with his voice wavering. “But the government offered us a deal. If we guarded this gate here on Enies Lobby for one-hundred years, then they’d let out Chiefs return to Elbaf with us.”

Oimo sniffled loudly. “Giant’s live for about three-hundred years, so just a hundred years was no big deal. We accepted the offer and fought here for the last fifty years. B-But today…pirates got past us! I never thought this would happen!”

Kashii hung his head as much as the sandstone trapping him would allow. “Now that we’ve failed, our deal is broken and we’ll never see our Chiefs again…”

“Your two Chiefs, their names are Dorry and Broggy, right?” Usopp asked the two trapped giants.

“H-Huh? How do you know their names?” Oimo questioned Usopp.

Vivi smiled up at the two giants. “We met them on our journey! They were still having their Divine Duel even a hundred years later!”

Usopp nodded as a big smile spread across his face. “Ask us anything! How they laugh, what their weapons are, their ultimate technique! We can answer it all!”

“Th-The Chiefs aren’t locked up?” Kashii blinked as he looked down at Usopp and Vivi.

“No, they’ve been on Little Garden all this time!” Vivi assured both Oimo and Kashii. “They’re probably not there anymore though, another giant called Morley called for a Cleric named Srogir to come and officially end their Divine Duel, and that was nearly a month ago now.”

Kashii and Oimo’s tears had dried up completely now.

“Morley? And you even know about old man Srogir too?” Oimo looked at Usopp and Vivi in amazement.

Kashii blinked as he realized that Vivi and Usopp were definitely telling the truth. “So…they lied to us. The government lied and made us spend fifty years here because of it?!”

Both giants began to get angry as they recalled the last fifty years.

The loud sound of hundreds of footsteps approaching got Usopp and Vivi’s attention as more agents and Marines came rushing towards the gate. Calls to ‘seal the gate’ and ‘block the pirates escape’ were heard from the approaching group.

Vivi and Usopp looked at each other and then back to Oimo and Kashii. Wide smiles of understanding spread across all four faces.

Only a moment later and the large force of Marines and Cipher Pol agents arrived. Seeing Oimo and Kashii struggling in the massive tomb they were trapped by; the agents and Marines aimed their weapons at Vivi and Usopp.

“Surrender now!”

“Drop your weapons!”

Crack

Al oud crack heralded the shattering of the sandstone tomb as both Oimo and Kashii broke free.

“RAAAAHHH!!!” Kashii and Oimo bellowed out powerfully as they pulled themselves from the collapsing sandstone and sand that was spilling everywhere.

“Yeah!”

“Oimo! Kashii!”

“Kill the pirates!”

Kashii picked up his axe while Oimo grabbed his club.

“You’re gonna get it now, you damn pirates!”

Oimo and Kashii both glared down at the gathered government forces.

“You dare lie to us?!” Kashii roared at the Marine and agents.

“You tricked us for fifty years!” Oimo bellowed out as he swung his club.

“AAAAAHHHHH!!!” The gathered Marines and Cipher Pol agents screamed in terror as they realized that the two giants had learned the truth.

BOOM

The impact of the two giants’ weapons shattered the surrounding area, leveling every building anywhere close to the Island Gate. The Marines and agents didn’t stand a single chance in hell against the strength of pissed off giant warriors.

“Can we leave this place to you two?” Usopp called out to Oimo and Kashii.

“Of course!” Kashii nodded as he swung his axe into the Island Gate, slicing deeply into the stone and splitting one of the massive gates off the structure. The loud crash of the gate falling to the ground was almost like a bomb going off.

“We’ll hold this place for your escape!” Oimo agreed as he smashed his club into the Island Gate as well, shattering a large chunk off of it. “We’ll vent our anger until you get back!”

“Ngagaga!” Kokoro laughed as she stepped out of the Rocketman, having been hiding the entire time. “Could a nice lady train conductor get by so that she can man the Puffing Tom?” She sipped from a bottle of liquor as she approached the four of them.

“Miss Kokoro!” Vivi smiled at the woman that had made getting to Enies Lobby possible at all.

Kokoro grinned widely as she walked through the Island Gate without issue. “I’ll see you all back on the Sea Train when you’re done. Ngagaga!”

“I’m glad your okay!” Usopp yelled to the old woman happily as she made her way across the land bridge and towards the half destroyed Main Gate.

With their way out secured, Vivi swept Usopp up in a cloud of sand and practically flew them across the island, heading for the tower at the back where she knew every else would be.

-Courthouse-

“We need to go through here to get to the tower!” Mikita called out while pointing to the large building.

“Miki-chwan!” Sanji called out with heart-shaped eyes. “You’re so amazing!”

Zoro narrowed his eyes as something set off his Observation. Pivoting to the left, Sandai Kitetsu’s blade sliced through a thick iron chain attached to a massive ball of iron.

Sanji kicked a similar iron ball to the side, shattering the front of a building on the other side of the street.

“What’s that?” Mikit aske, having dropped her weight to a single kilogram and easily hoped over the giant iron ball that tried to smash her, letting it smash the ground where she’d been and she landed lightly to face their attackers.

“Not so fast, you pirate trash.” One of the attackers said.

Eleven tall, muscular men, all wearing spiked black shorts, a black helmet and some black armor on their shoulders. Stood facing the three pirates, each of them with the word ‘guilty’ tattooed on their left arms and smiling toothily. Each of them had a large iron ball and thick iron chain acting as flails…except the one whose large iron ball had been severed by Zoro.

“You guys are in the way.” Sanji said coldly, narrowing his eyes at the half-naked men. “And you just tried to hurt a lady in front of me…” In a blur Sanji’s foot smashed into the face of the large man that had throw his large iron ball at Mikita.

Bam

The ‘Righteous Juror’ smashed through the wall of the courthouse, crashing through the room beyond and wrecking the office it had been. The man was unconscious—or dead—before his body had stopped moving.

“We have somewhere to be.” Zoro mentioned as they all felt Luffy’s powerful ‘voice;’ through their Observation on top of the courthouse. Before any of the ten remaining jurors noticed, Zoro was behind them, both Yubashiri and Sandia Kitetsu held out.

“Gah!” Two more of the men fell as deep lacerations opened up in their side, spraying the ground with their blood.

Mikita charged straight at one of the jurors as the man began to swing his flail above his head. “Outta the way!” She shifted her weight to ten-thousand kilograms, her feet shattering the ground as she sprinted headlong at the juror. “10,000 Kilo Charge!” She slammed into the juror like a meteor, feeling his bones snapping under her rush as she barreled him straight into the courthouse doors and took both of them off their hinges.

-Top of the Courthouse-

Luffy sparked a little as he used his exceptional Observation to find Robin within the Tower of Law. Once he found her voice, he glared angrily as he herd two ‘voices’ near her, one he didn’t recognize, but the other… “Goro Goro no Pistol!” Luffy raised his arm in the ‘gun’ position with his index and middle finger extended and aimed. An intense, thin beam of concentrated lightning cleared the distance between the courthouse and the tower, passed straight through a dozen solid stone and steel walls and perfectly hit its mark.

-Tower of Law-

“GAAAHHH!!!” Spandam screamed in terror, a sparking and glowing orange-hot mark partially melted into the stone wall not even an inch in front of his face.

Lucci looked at where the attack had come from and found a perfectly melted hole straight through the opposite wall. “Straw Hat!” He let out a low growl, his eyes starting to turn feline as his bloodlust rose at the clear challenge.

Spandam, Lucci, Robin, and Franky all heard the thunderous bellow that followed the sudden attack.

“PIGEON BASTARD!!!” Luffy’s voice crashed like thunder as his body sparked with lightning. Now that he knew where Robin was for sure, he was going to get her back. The bastards that took her would also be beaten to death if he had anything to say about it!

Robin smiled brightly, knowing that Luffy was so close.

“Come in!” Spandam yelled into the Transponder Snail that he had. “Answer me, damn it! What’s going on out there?! Report!”

Franky’s eyes widened in shock.

Robin’s eyes filled with fear as her past trauma flared up.

Lucci looked at Spandam like the absolute moron that the Director of CP9 was.

“What? What’re you looking at?!” Spandam demanded, only to look at the Transponder Snail that he’d just yelled into and see the Golden Transponder Snail used to summon the Buster Call. “Uhhh…” His own eyes widened and he stared at his finger on the button atop the golden shell. “AAAHHH!!!”

The Buster Call had been invoked.

Target: The Judicial Island, Enies Lobby

Luffy knows where Robin is now and he makes quick work of stopping Spandam in his tracks.

Vivi and Usopp defeat Oimo and Kashii…but listening to the giants’ story, they realize that they know part of it quite well! The truth will set two giants free!

Enies Lobby is about o get even MORE fucked!

Nami and Chopper wipe out the Courthouse Guard Force easily! Then Nami used Ball Clouds to help her and Chopper traverse the rooftops so they can avoid any pointless fights. They’re heading for the Tower of Law!

Zoro, Sanji, and Mikita show the ‘Righteous Jurors’ just how outclassed they are as they start breaking into the courthouse itself.

Blueno tried to intercept Luffy, but got the ‘Kizaru Treatment’ aka ‘Kicked in the head and sent through THREE buildings because you’re to slow, bitch!’

But now the Buster Call has been invoked (by fucking accident) and EVERYONE on the island is now on a time limit to escape before Enies Lobby is wiped off the map!

Can the Straw Hats defeat CP9 and escape, or will they have to fight CP9 and then a Buster Call right after?
