Thank you (The Final Post)

Greetings Conquerors,

Firstly, I wanted to inform you all that I am in a safer place than when I made the last post. I have been spending a lot of time this past year moving both myself and my family and have been busy working a new job.

Unfortunately, throughout that time I have been pulled in many different directions by many different obligations. Several times, I attempted to return to working on the mod but my attention always wandered to other things that were going on. Every time I tried to work on it, I could no longer find the passion I once had for it, which caused lackluster work on it.

It has started to become clear to me that I may no longer be the one to bring the idea of this mod to reality. I simply no longer have the time or passion to work on it and I no longer receive any of the joy or ideas I used to have with it.

As such, I feel the only thing I can do is release the source code and all material I was working on here in the hopes that someone can use it to help with their own version of the mod. I'm including in this post all source code/materials from 0.3.9 as well as all materials I've made up to this point (source code is in the scripts/source folders). I greatly encourage anyone to try their hand at making their own mod like this, because it truly is a great journey.

I want to thank everyone on this Patreon and Discord who helped support me through this entire journey. For years since Skyrim's release, people were desiring a mod like this and your enthusiasm and feedback were instrumental in helping me finally release something playable. Many of you also took the time to help each other address some issues with the mod and help make it more playable for everyone. As such, the Discord server will remain active as it is still a good resource for those that are newly discovering it and can help keep the idea alive for someone to one day take on the challenge.

I want to especially think the moderators of the Discord server: Simdrew, Mitsu, and Horus. They have been a great help keeping it flow smoothly while I've been away and helping everyone out. I really appreciate their efforts!

Last but definitely not least, I want to dedicate this last paragraph to Simdrew. He has been a major contributor in keeping this mod alive, since I first announced it on Reddit all those years ago. Not only did he build up the Discord server to what it is today, he also contributed directly to the mod, modeling/texturing the tents in the war camps himself, making his own add-ons, giving me a lot of good ideas, and even checking up on me. It's no exaggeration when I say that this mod got as far as it did because of him and I will always be grateful to him.

It has been a great journey with all of you and I am eternally grateful to all of you for all of your support these four years!
