Bemusement is definitely an appropriate reaction to Amy's behaviour. :p

> I'm not quite sure I trust the Light when they talk about 'eternal peace'. Even they can never quite articulate what's involved. I think that's because they don't actually *know* what's involved. > "Someone who called himself the Unraveller." > "The who? Never heard of him, so must just be one of the minor ones. What did he want in exchange?" "One of the minor ones." "One of the minor ones," he says. I suspect the Unraveller is actually one the oldest and most powerful members of the Dark. > "The Unraveller promised to protect not just my soul, but also those of any I consider companions from the madness of undeath for a period of thirty years once I get Alexander out of Everbright." You know, I don't know how, but I get the feeling that rescuing Alexander will somehow cause it to be much harder for Amy to get home. > The elder undead hesitated. "Oh, by all the gods of the Dark, I'm actually considering it. Your madness is bloody infectious!" LUL > Wait..." Harold smacked his forehead as realisation dawned. "Oh, by all the gods of the Light, Dark and everything in between. You're from the other side of the rift, aren't you?" LUL. Finally! > "No... It's all one piece," answered the rather bemused revenant. "I can't even see any seams, let alone an exit." Pretty sure that's the wrong meaning of "bemused." "Bemused" means "confused," not "amused." > As Harold had pointed out, the spell she chanted to transform explicitly named the Protector and the Light. If she wanted to make the power her own, that needed to change. Heh.
