2024-01-05 10:49:34 +0000 UTCI commented before I got to the part in the video but I also started journaling every day again for this year 😆 I wrote in a journal every single day for probably 3 years straight but fell off in 2019. What I've done before & do now is write 1 thing I learned, 2 reasons to smile & 3 things to look forward to -- I feel like it's an easy way to help shift my mindset & be more grateful for smaller things in life
