Absolute Must-Read Updates and Report *^^*

In all the excitement, we completely forgot to update our beloved supporters on what has been going on. For those who frequent Furaffinity, Leilani released a journal earlier about things, but for those who haven't read yet, we have some announcements below:

Riffraff has worked extremely hard and diligently on the improvements of the  webcomic, from all-new dialogue, to complete re-tooling of characters  and storylines. And we're also very excited because we will be able to  CONTINUE "The Depths" saga with a BRAND NEW story arc: "The Depths: New York Stories",  which will follow David, Leilani, Kalea and Malana and their adventures  in the big city, during the days of Prohibition, rumbleseats, and the  tommy gun.

Malana, desperate to prove  herself a capable lady-in-waiting to Princess Leilani, tries out charm  school to improve her culture and civility, and is soon caught in the  throes of the mob and blinded by the bright lights of the stage.

Kalea, terrified of the city  and naive to a fault, befriends a beautiful tigress who not only will become her secret lover - but will open her mind and awaken incredible  powers within her.

Leilani, completely lost in the  big city, sticks close to David as he goes to and from news stories and  writes his reports. But there is one story David is chasing that is  going to jeopardize all of their lives...

Are you excited?! Yes, so are we! Not only does this expand "The  Depths", it will answer everything! Why Leilani lost touch with the  other girls, why Malana and Kalea became a loving couple, why Kalea is  blessed with psionic abilities, and why David and Leilani could never  work out - and lose their only unborn daughter.

"The Depths: Dark Reflections" story arc is now completely "web-tooned", which has a rather interesting ending you might not have seen coming...but you'll understand exactly why we decided to add that as the ending...especially given how the next story arc goes, which we have titled "The Depths: Children of the Sea". There's a complete re-write coming to add more character and backstory, plus preparing the girls for a dangerous descent and meeting the manta girls. (the children of the sea)

Riffraff will be hard at work webtooning while we re-write that story arc to its conclusion, which is actually quite soon! 

Roy has signed up to draw the next story arc already and also wants to continue "Insignificant Otters", so we're so happy to have him. Also, Riffraff and he are trying out different "styles" to create an even better comic, better colors, better character designs, etc.
