Not remembering early childhood is very normal. I remeber very much from as early as 2/3 years old but all of that are traumatic memories that got burned in my memory and I can remeber these things very clearly, it's pretty much like watching a movie plus smell, emotions and physical sensations. On the other hand I "remember" I spent a lot of time with my grandma during that time but it's super vage and more like someone told me about it or a few blurry pictures or gifs or something like that which is the normal way to remember early childhood/up to early puberty. Not having clear memory of that time of your life is very normal and nothing to worry about even if some people on social media like to tell people otherwise.
