Nah, they don't know which tasks will be shown in which episode. They don't even know for sure which tasks will be shown overall. They do so many that just don't get shown. They tend to have an idea with some. Like if they've humiliated themselves in a particularly humiliating way, they're very aware it's more likely to be shown. But overall they're pretty unaware.
