Livestream on Whatnot and Tier news

NEW TIERS: COLOR COPIC SKETCHCARD!
I'll add two new tiers to the list, one will have digital rewards and one will just be the sketchcard as the old tier. The old Gray Copic Sketchcard tiers will remain. But if you want to move over to the color tier, you can do so and the next billing will get you that card.
