Thanks for everyone for taking part of the discussion. Lots of great discussions, but I think in the end I have to settle on what I'm familiar with and that's mostly classic video game girls. Not to say I don't like the modern ones, but I really have no idea about their characters. But if they have a great design, they don't really need character to be fun to draw.
Some contenders I was mulling over were: Tifa from Final Fantasy, Moxie or one of the Vault Hunters from Borderlands, 2B from Neir: Automata, and a slew of classic fighting game characters. Cammy, Mai Shiranui, Katsumi, Morrigan from Darkstalkers, the list goes on. Could have even picked some from Variable Geo that inspired my Video Game Gals comic...
But alas, I'm going with the Girls with Guns theme. It's one that I really like. I have an idea for all these characters so it's all good. Poll will end around midnight, June 4th Central Standard Time.

2020-05-31 00:13:44 +0000 UTCI went with classic Lara Croft but if I had my druthers, I'd say Rally Vincent from Gunsmith Cats or Major Motoko Kusanagi from GITS (don't care whether it's movie, TV, or manga versions, I like all three).
