Almost all pieces for abilities got ported and ready for some mass porting of abilities, with some niche exceptions as always and some bugs here and there. More backend systems and api level code got ported as well. The progress meter didn't raise by much and we're still below 30% in this regard as most of the code that got ported over the last 2 weeks or so was more quality vs quantity (important pieces such as ability components, explosions or generic projectile logic).

not exactly intended but its most likely due to your "threat" level, if your stats are too high or if you've got a fruit like a logia they will avoid you...granted it probably shouldn't happen with captains or in bases but eh...right now it does. but it is a bug and it will get fixed.
