The idea of the trio in action is interesting; Inozuke takes both Tanjiro and Zenitsu at the same time (I personally encourage gaping content showing how flexible he is. If you ok to go this extreme) or he gets spitroast from them. If you want him to top I suggest he bang one of them and have the other one rimming him.
