Would have joined but I was busy? I don't know what I was doing, to be honest. Here's a recipe I use all the time, my generic crockpot stew: 2 pounds stew meat (boneless chicken or pork or beef), spice packet (take your pick, my current favorite is Zatharan's black beans and rice), a diced onion, sliced potato and frozen mixed veggies. Start by cooking the meat and spice packet for four hours on low, add the veggies and cook another hour and a half. Put it on warming and enjoy for the next few days.
