So... Elizabeth is doing course feedback with Will Ramos and Chris Liepe today in Zoom sessions with folks that bought the harsh vocal course package, then will be filming a bunch of reaction/analysis videos right after that. So... she's going to miss this week's live chat.
However, I'll be there!
Let's do an Ask Me Anything and general hang-out. Elizabeth might step in between film sessions to say hello, but ultimately, I'd love a chance just to talk, get feedback, give some insights as to what we're working on, etc.

Not able to participate in this unfortunately, but I'd love to make a request / suggest an artist for reaction: Tuesday 17 October 2023 is the sixth anniversary of Tragically Hip frontman Gord Downie's tragic death to brain cancer, and I would love it if Elizabeth could check out their work in his honor and memory. He had a very interesting and somewhat unique vocal style and poetry in his lyrics as well as excellent presence and energy on stage even in his last days. Personal recommendations of "Fully, Completely" and "Grace Too" live (one video, posted by Andrew Lynch on YouTube) or the Woodstock 99 live performance of "Courage (For Hugh McLennan)" since I know Elizabeth prefers live shows where they're still quality performances. The band and the man meant so much to Canada our Prime Minister made a public address announcing his passing, and their last show was broadcast live for free on CBC. Over 11 million people watched the broadcast, with thousands more present at the show or attending live watch parties across the country. They were also just very talented and it would be great to see Elizabeth react and hear her take on their work.
