I know there's a lot more who partake in the passive position, but for those who do, would that be an thing? I should explain...
Mpreg will be more of a interactive theme, as in it won't be you get knocked up or knock someone up and have a short snip at the end when it happens. More of a it's unique to each person you knock up or get knocked up by as it goes on. Now it's not going to be it's own story or anything, but more or a longer scenes that changes based on which npc is involved and such.
As such, each npc would come more slowly since there would be more involved with each. But would tops (or those who also view it) also enjoy some changes, cause they randomly got some guy preggers?
