I want to love BWW so badly, it's like a 12 year old or 40 something divorcee dream for wings, sports, beverages. It's like a post 9/11 fake macho guys TGIF. They could do so much to bring customers excited and bring in people for high stock turn, sports partnerships, merch, etc. I went to one when they first came out I was enthralled. I remember having so much fun at their chain with friends and family. Recently I lived above one in an apartment complex in a downtown area. I can't believe how disappointed I was EVERY single time I ate there or got take out. I legitimately added 30 mins to any estimated pick up time they told me and it still wasnt enough (for context they were almost always empty, even on big sport nights). Any time I went in it felt like going to a wake that you weren't welcome at. 10/10 times my order was wrong or missing something. I feel like there is no buy-in from corporate or franchising level that builds a good food service culture there. Heat and serve is not hard. Feel like their model must rely on selling sauces at grocery stores and alcohol sales at their bar section. They have created their own campaign of getting rid of customers.
