FAQ

• What's the cut-off date for getting this month's sticker?

  • You can sign up for Sticker Club anytime during a given month. You will receive that month's sticker as long as you are a paying member of Sticker Club during that period.

• When do stickers get mailed out?

  • Stickers begin mailing out the first week of the following month. So for example, May's stickers will begin shipping out the week of June 1st. This is so people have the entire month of May to join Sticker Club. On June 1st, we will export a spreadsheet of every person who was signed up for Sticker Club between May 1st - May 31st. We then use that spreadsheet to print all the address labels and so on.

• Does Sticker Club ship internationally?

  • Yes! The Funny Brothers can ship their silly little stickers anywhere on the globe (as long as that country accepts United States Postal Service shipments. Sorry North Korea)

• Do I have to pay for shipping, especially if I'm international?

  • Nope! Shipping costs are included in your monthly Patreon pledge! As long as you're subscribed to the Sticker Club, you'll receive your stickers with no extra fees on our end.

• Can I get tracking information for my stickers?

  • Unfortunately not. The stickers are mailed out in an envelope, and the postage used is stamps, not a shipping label.

• How long does it take for my stickers to arrive?

  • We spend the first week of the following month packing the envelopes and attaching the proper stamps and address labels. Upon being mailed out, it should take anywhere between 1 day to 2 weeks for it to arrive. So for example, May's sticker should arrive any time during the month of June, most likely within the first or second week. It all depends on the United States Postal Service (who kinda sucks). Sometimes a letter will arrive the next day, and sometimes it will arrive 2 weeks later. Once the envelope hits the post office, it's out of our control and we won't know if there's a problem unless you email us!

• What do I do if my stickers haven't arrived?

  • If it's at least halfway through the following month, send an email to stickers@funnybrothers.com and we 'll get you taken care of.

• When is it safe to say my stickers got lost in the mail?

  • Because we ship out the first week of the following month, it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive sometimes. To keep our support email free of too much clutter, please only contact us about a missing sticker once it's past the 20th of the following month. If it's only the second week of the month, your sticker is most likely still on the way, just delayed. If it still hasn't arrived by the 20th, it most likely was lost in the mail and we'll help you out. Please only email us once you've hit that date limit! It's only the few of us managing this, so thank you for your patience.

• Is there a discrete packaging option? My parents will FREAK when they see it!

  • There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of when it comes to The Lord. Pastor Gog Jones thanks you for welcoming his envelopes into your home with open arms.

• Can I purchase stickers from the previous months? Will they ever be on sale?

  • Nope. SuperMega's Sticker Club is the world's most exclusive secret society, and the stickers for each month are only available through a subscription during that specific month. Once the month has passed, the stickers will be gone forever... A distant memory, fading away... Never to be seen again. (You can always see if a friend wants to trade you some gold pieces for one, or maybe see if someone is selling previous month's stickers on eBay! The SuperMega Sticker black market is booming.)
