We wanted to share the remaining goofs we captured before everything hit the fan, and felt like you guys deserved some extra stuff for sticking around.
Huge shoutout to our boy Luke for all the hours of hard work he put into this podcast while working for SuperMega. He was a champ for sitting through the absolutely immature stories he had to listen to at 3 AM when he'd be editing. Luke is truly the GOAT (as the kids say).
So... as the curtains for the SuperMegaCast draw to a close, we want to say thank you for sticking around for over 350 episodes of genuine laughs, deep talks, childhood stories, fiery debates over the dumbest shit, friendship, and all around insanity. The last 7 years of our lives were poured into this podcast while we shared ridiculous story after story. Now, it will serve as a beautiful time capsule for us to look back at when we're old geezers: a time in our 20's when we got the opportunity of a life time to live the craziest dream we ever imagined out in Los Angeles. All thanks to you. So again, from the bottoms of our hearts: Thank you forever.

2023-08-25 14:18:53 +0000 UTCi think with the merch thing and "influencers" is that like especially on tiktok you follow so many people you cant get a vested interest in each and every one. and also like with the fyp youre not scrolling through people you follow. with youtube youre mainly only watching youtube videos of people youre subscribed to and have been subscribed to for years so if they release merch or go on tour youre more likely to buy tickets. also like with youtube youre watching at least a 10 minute video of them v 15 seconds on tiktok

A few years ago my routine was to go work out at the gym, and then on my way home I'd listen to a supermega cast episode, and then go to sleep listening to a vaporwave playlist. SWAK was the first song on that playlist, so I associated it with the end of my day right after listening to you guys, and now you've chosen it for your possibly final podcast. Guys, truly and sincerely, thank you for everything. I hope with every fiber of my being that whatever comes next for you guys is something you truly want, whether it be continuing supermega, a new project, or just whatever. Don't mean to be parasocial, I'm simply rooting for other fellow human beings, who happened to make something that's been very beneficial to some stressful times. Hope to catch you later yall, peace.
