(So I'm guessing that means something like a long time ago a worm, a lizard, a spider, a fish, and a platypus have all evolved into different crabs or crab like creatures, even though they didn't start from the same primordial creature that stuff like hermit, snow and fiddler crabs evolved from. LIke if there was another type of humanoid but it came from reptiles instead of apes)

Literally just exercise more, and just be mindful of what you’re eating. I know you have a bad back, but you’re a wealthy guy who can 100% get a gym membership and use their pool. Swimming is the best kind of workout because it hits all parts of your body and is easy on the joints.

If a fat person is saying that there feeling self conscious don’t tell them they look good tell them you know they can lose the weight if they try, motivate don’t slow your fat homie down more.
