From what i see, the dispenser is not connected to the chests. But also another problem is that it seems that the contraption that is supposed to time the dispenser's time with the big line of observers gets blocked everytime (piston stays active)

Hey RT ! Ive been trying to build the chicken race machine you did 3 months ago in my casino the pas few days and everything seems to be working except the fact that eggs dont get dispensed at the start, nothing happens. I tried to download the world but when i got in it i couldnt find the machine and I cant see a difference from my macvine and the one in the video
