It's a good view, but like you say having that much donut visible when her ass is supposed to be abnormally fat doesn't really make sense. She'd have to make a greater effort to spread her cheeks with both hands to make it truly work. That being said it does look good on a technical art skill level, and obviously it will please most people who don't care about details, so it does the job.
