Starting with the most serious post..

This image was posted by Dr Domanskis.. I have a number of things I’d like to post and talk about today, and I’m going to start with the most serious..

Some of you will know that Dr Domanskis passed away the other day.. He was a very kind soul.. He had a brilliant mind, but more importantly he had a good heart.. 

He reminded me of my dad and wider family in a lot of ways.. He told me that his mother had come from Eastern Europe  and became a doctor in the US, which was amazing for a woman, considering this would have been 50+ years ago.. 

He told me he had been in the Middle-East early in his career and we spoke about the situation in Iran (at that point I think the minister for health had just contracted Coronavirus).. He had been a military doctor and lived in that part of the world.. Before the virus broke out he had said he wanted to take his son skiing.. Of course from March or so onwards much of what we all planned had been put on hold..

He was one of the nicest doctors I had ever come across.. After learning about what was going on in my personal life earlier this year and that I needed to buy a home he asked if I would  like him to do my facial surgeries and not to worry about the cost, that he would do what l’d like and I could pay in a month or maybe two, whenever I was ready.. 

He would give me recommendations for  restaurants in LA and told me where to find discounted Chanel lol.. He would compliment me on the sweaters I wore when it got chilly and ask me what I was doing during my time over there.. I still have his texts asking if I’m doing okay 😌

He was never about the money, he genuinely enjoyed helping people, which is probably why he worked right up until his death.. He did a lot of charitable work for the country of his roots in East Europe too.. 

It’s so sad that he’s gone,.. We’ve lost a great man, but hopefully he is at peace 🙏❤️
