[Update] Pausing Payments in March

So there's a few things I need to take care of in March, specifically installing a new PC for my artwork, commission work, the fanart poll, and a project I'd like to have done for April-June ish. With all of those pressures, I ultimately decided that this March, you won't be charged for my Patreon, and I'll do my best to keep uploads coming along smoothly, as I transition to new hardware.
