Please Read: I have heard people losing their sense of taste and smell, and something happens with their brain chemistry to where things taste or smell awful. I have heard some doctors recomend Lipoic Acid suplements to help restore that. just a suggestion. I hope you feel better soon

Lemon tea cooled down, frozen blueberries and frozen peaches, fresh ginger root about a half-inch or more, and kiwi blended. If you want it a bit sweeter add honey to the tea before you cool it down. Clover or wildflower honey

Make fruit smoothies with frozen fruit. The drink being super cold will have less smell. Plus all of those healthy vitamins will help you get better. Fresh ginger root will help too and it gives your smoothie a bit of a fun bite.

Please remember to prone (lay face down with pillows for support). It raises your blood oxygen saturation and keeps the nasty stuff from accumulating in the bottom of your lungs. Also highly recommend NAC plus glycine to raise your glutathione (it's what protects your epithelial cells from oxidative damage to prevent micro blood clots). Bone broths also raise glutathione. Avoid all vegetable oils (soy, corn, safflower, sunflower, canola and rice bran) and other fake fats (margarine, vegetable shortening, etc) they are highly inflammatory and not at all heart healthy. A low fever socks but is your best defense to activating your immune system. P.S. I miss you, Domina.
