WandaVision (2021) | S1 E3

The first three episodes are my favourites. Don’t get me wrong I loved the entire series but the first three were just such an awesome way to get you into a weird, unreal feeling headspace and a wonderfully inventive way to present the situation. If I could have had my way I’d have a 6ep first season all written the way the first 3 episodes were and then have a second season handle the business that happens (no spoilers) from the next episode on.

oh also keep checking for end credit scenes because they start to show up so keep checking lol i almost missed them my first time around

All of the Marvel streaming series have been excellent in my opinion. I do think it best you guys get used to the format; the chapter-by-chapter, episodic, stream-you-along nature of it all. Thanks for the 3-parter reaction. Enjoyed it!

Maybe u should have watched the trailer for this, because there u can see some snippets of later episodes, so u would have had an idea, where this is going, so I understand why u are confused as hell :D

This is all canon! You’ll stop being confused in the next episode but the first three are supposed to confuse you so it’s ok that you don’t get it right away, it’s mainly for suspense and to show people that things aren’t quite right. Episode 4 is the one that will hook you Rico, the first three are paying homage to old sitcoms like bewitched, I love Lucy, Brady bunch, dick van dyke show, etc so it’s building more on nostalgia factor of American sitcoms mixed with the eeriness of things like twilight zone and regular marvel seeping through. I promise after next episode things will make sense!

Yes Rico, all of this is canon. These episodes are crucial to setting up the mystery while getting you even more attached to the characters and the events surrounding them. The little adverts within the show are tiny clues that pay off in the end. There will be action coming, so rest easy lol

You won’t really know the entire plot for this show until episodes 4-7. 4-7 is where everything starts to make sense.

Yeah after a while I was exhausted just stop caring about the sitcom crap, and just wanted to know what was going on. And then what we learned in episode 8, I really felt it and it even made me tear up. But honestly I would've rather this had been a movie. It was just a struggle for me to watch it week to week, I actually REALLY hated the first 7 episodes to the point where it was making me angry, especially because they were releasing it week to week. I might have even been ok with the series if they had released it all at once and I could've binged watch it. I dunno, I know everyone loves this series but if I didn't love Wanda so much I would've ranged quit

Personally I was also frustrated by these first three episodes, especially because they had released it weekly. For me honestly it doesn't get good until episode 8. It's wayyy too much of a slow burn for me personally but it does "pay off" at the end of the series. Although personally, I felt like putting me through 2 months of confusion wasn't much of a pay off...

Yes Rico, this is all cannon. It will begin to make more and more sense as it goes on. I hope you're happy knowing you just went through the most slow burning episodes. What's left really picks up, so I hope both you and Monica are excited for what's coming!

It most definitely starts off weird, I almost didn't want it because I wasn't feeling it at first. BUT the next episodes tie everything together and make more sense and become more marvel like. This is all Canon and very important to the story which u will see at the end. Just trust that they made this show like this for a really dope reason

The first three are definitely different but fun in their own right and they keep you guessing/trying to figure it out. Stick with it. It’s great from here on and will start to feel much more ‘Marvel’ like. Also the last 3 episodes do each have an after credit scene, following the animated credits, so make sure you don’t miss them!

It is cannon and the movies after this will be connected to it.

Yup. WandaVision starts off weird and doesn't feel Canon but trust, its all Canon and everything else in this show and the rest get better.. way better

Yup, everything is canon and actually quite vital to what’s happening in the upcoming 2 movies (Spider-Man and Dr. Strange), as well as the movies coming forward. In fact, I think MARVEL really needs to make that clear, because I feel a lot of movie goers won’t be getting the full experience of the movies if they have not watched the shows.
