2020-12-22 02:03:38 +0000 UTCIduno which story hits me harder....irohs or momos. Both gets me teary eye almost every time. This episode is important because this show is based so much on war and fighting for what's right that we don't see the characters free time activities all that much. And we rarely see the characters separately from the group setting. So this showed a lot of insight to who they are as people, not warriors. And this is the beginning of seeing some development in a few characters. From here on out you're gonna love every minute of it I'm sure. It's definitely a weird vibe from the rest of the show but I also think it can be one of the strongest episodes

2020-12-20 20:11:06 +0000 UTCThe iroh story! :’( when it says “in honor of mako,” the creators were dedicating it to Irohs voice actor, Mako. Makos last voice recording was for this episode. He had finished recording season 2 and just had this episode left. He passed away shortly after. Season 3 has a different voice actor for Iroh.
