Guyssss its been a moment but we're backkkk, Honestly I hope you enjoy this movie reaction, this movie will now hold a special place in my heart, I loved reacting to "Half Blood Prince" with Monica, I feel now more than ever she's understanding why more and more of us "Potter heads" love the books/movies soo much, I feel like the actual story of "Harry Potter" is now about to begin, this movie really sets the ball in motion for what is an epic finale, once again guys I hope you enjoy this reaction and thank you sooo much for those of you who supported Me and Monica during the absence it really does mean the world!!!

You cannot prepare liquid luck with liquid luck.. the effect only lasts for couple of hour or so :) but it takes a month to prepare the portion. :) its in the books.

It's lovely to see how Monica is becoming more invested into these characters and the story each movie. Her reactions are golden. Half-Blood Prince is such an amazing movie and I'm sad a lot of people consider it to be one of the "bad" ones of the franchise. Yes, it left out a lot from the book, but you can only fit in so much. As a movie it progresses the story onward while still being able to focus on the little stuff like the relationships and the friendships. Plus the aesthetic of this movie is just wonderful. Every shot could be framed, it's such a beautiful movie. I'm very excited for Deathly Hallows parts 1 and 2! We're near the end, sadly enough, but it's going to be a wild ride.

2020-10-27 01:06:30 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed this reaction! I knew Dumbledore would die in this movie, because that’s how the hero’s journey goes, but that did not make it any easier. It happens in Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, and basically any other adventure story. A child/teenager finds out he is somewhat special and is the chosen one. He gets some ride-or-die sidekicks. And then his mentors die or are separated from him. That happens because he has to grow up enough to complete the journey himself (with his sidekicks, who are just there to give him the knowledge and support he doesn’t have within himself). Bravo, JK Rowling, for sticking to the hero’s journey script and killing off Harry’s main mentor. Now, he has to go into the last part without that wisdom and guidance. Hopefully he has learned enough to survive what is to come.
