Man guyssss what can I say this one took me on a rollercoaster of emotions, amazing film and really really glad I got a chance to watch it, I hope you enjoy this because it was a pleasure to watch and film

I know I’m late, but I just became a Patron. I bought the £10 tier. Anywho Panem is a post apocalyptic United States of America’s country. This was taken many decades (possibly a Century) away from the present world we live in. The reason why the clothes look so old fashioned is bc district 12 as well as district 11 and the other outlying districts besides the capitol are in extreme poverty, so usually either them or their parents make their clothes to fit what everyone else in the district wears so they won’t stand out. And Prim always has to “Tuck That Tail In, Lil Duck,” is bc her outfit was mostly a hand me downs from Katniss once she turned 12 and was old enough for “the reaping.” They could possibly be in the same outfit Katniss & Prim’s mom also wore at her first reaping. I think they brought that home when Katniss’ mom told her that she had one of her dresses paid out for her to wear. Unlike Prim, Katniss’ body is changing into a womanly figure and her mom gave her hand me down dress to wear bc it was nice, yet not too flashy or a curve hugging cause that type of garb is for ppl in the Capital who mostly do nothing, but live off the riches that each district break their backs or even die to get these resources to them. Yet they think putting their children in an arena to fight to the death while they become frail and powerless from being overworked to supply their part (district 12, coal minors) And the whole district were on
