I came up with a few ideas before deciding to put Cindy in one of the storage boxes you saw in "The Stevensons". The top image was the original version of the box (which was actually something I made for the cancelled Slave Fair comic.). Eventually I decided to go with a simpler, cheaper looking design, because the "State Cunt Depository" is supposed to be a dusty state facility with low-cost equipment.
The below images are pretty self explanatory. I immediately threw out the first idea, because I'm too lazy to draw that many girls in multiple panels. I replaced the crowded scene with a last one shown here, but ultimately went with the rows of boxes in the final version.
