[AI/HS2] MOD - Redeye Watcher from Horizon

New mod! I was working on Aloy to make a quick Factory character to share for free and realized there wasn't any of the Horizon mechs in studio, which are quite iconic. I found a model with animations, but only managed to make one animation working, which should be enough to play with.
A little preview in Aloy's upcoming scene...
