The past week I've focused on learning to animate facial expressions, and I'm still trying to figure out how to animate belly-bulging and x-ray shots.

Once you've got a fully trained dicklette then you don't need a cage anymore right? You could do all sorts of exotic piercings and embellishments. like a special little earlobe to dress up between your legs.
