2025-09-26 10:43:32 +0000 UTCI can definitely agree with the 'not feeling it' sentiment. From what i remember when i first watched GOT, by this point things started to get a bit more boring. Episodes started to feel a bit more like filler. It had lost a lot of its charm, which atleast got sprinkled here and there throughout. There are still many great episodes to look forward to, but there is a bit of a shift in the storytelling from this point onwards.

2025-09-24 23:20:31 +0000 UTCAs always i cant help but to write down whats different in the show compared to the books: in the books melisandre actually saves mance. With some kind of magic she switches another guy's appearence with mance's and everybody thinks mance died. In reality mance lives and gets a quest to look for arya (he doesnt know she is in braavos) so he goes to winterfell and he actually does some important things.
