I feel you misunderstood the scene with Tywin and Tommen, at least in part. While there certainly was manipulation going on under no conditions was Tywin trying to say those were bad traits, just that those traits on their own weren't enough. His goal there was to make sure that Tommen unlike Joffrey would listen to and heed counsil, not just his but the others on the council as well. Joffrey acted however he wished regardless of consequences, Tywin wanted to make sure Tommen understood that ruling isn't a one person job. Tywin's goal was to make sure he would be obedient and follow his advice, yes, but he did this manipulation through the truth, Holiness, Justice and Strength which Tommen mentioned can be good traits, but not in isolation, the concept of wisdom being the ability to recognize what you know and what you don't is one of the oldest concepts in philosophy. It's also worth noting that conversation was as much targeted towards Cersei as Tommen, effectively scolding Cersei for how she brought up Joffrey to be so arrogant and entitled and with the attitude of, to use Cersei's own words, "one day you'll be king and the truth will be what you make it". Tywin is saying here, this result is at least partially your doing.

I’m not sure how much the moving parts themselves actually change much through out but it’s cool to know where the episode is going to take place (although it’s pretty clear from watching the actual episode). It’s pretty cool to have a unique intro each time though.

This is why she kissed him after asking him to kill Tyrion and then pulled away from him. It's just a twisted relationship no matter which angle we look at it from.
