Sorry for reacting so late, I am trying to keep up with the uploads but I wasn't in a mood to watch content because I couldn't concentrate.
For me she met the diagnostic criteria. I think Misa got obsessed with Kira first and maybe 'lost' her own identity bc of that. She wanted revange for the murder of her parents. I don't know why she wanted to be an actress but I guess there was a scene when she was on set and was bored and wanted to end filming and when light contacted her, her mood got better instantly. How do you see her career in this? Another behaviour that was possibly self desrructing was always agreeing to whatever light days or even asks if she could do some tasks and let Light use her like a chess figure. I would like to see a video about personality disorders where you tell the differences and pro and cons of the classification systems since here only icd10/icd11 is used

Yeah this is the difficulty with making tentative diagnosis. People will interpret subtext differently, and then that impacts the diagnosis/formulation. If she does not end her life then does that suggest a different outcome for the first criteria? Or have we seen enough for that not to change things. It’s very subjective, plus in real life we would have a Misa in front of us who would articulate their experience and what is going on in their mind.

I didn't interpret the final scene of Misa as her about to kill herself. To me, I read it as her thinking about doing it, then she gives a sad look but decides not to. But I might be thinking that just because of how the manga ended.
