Finally had some time to watch your video and I love that she is a therapist with bpd tbh. Because BPD is an personality disorder that is extremely stigmatised. That's why my past therapist asked me if I want to have the diagnosis written down or not. I was diagnosed with it very late because it is not showing like the 'typical icd-10 borderline type' the doctors know from the psychiatric clinics. But she took her time, we've gone through the criteria and she asked me if I can relate to these criteria. I decided yes, I want to have the diagnosis so I could get special 'treatments' like DBT and so I might accept it more. I guess my ADHD was masking the borderline parts somehow and the other way around. Maybe that's why I was diagnosed with both as an adult? I love that in the icd-11 it is now more of a spectrum like it is for real.
