Birth in the living room (with xray)

It's been an hour, the poor boy is now trying as hard as possible to push out the babies who appear to be quite heavy and stuck. And to top it off, his friends came to visit him unexpectedly, seeing him in that embarrassing situation by accident. After all, no one imagined that the boy was pregnant, just the parents and the doctor ๐ณ
