Bathroom problem

You only have time to pull down your pants, before an uncontrollable urge to push hits your body. Something big and massive begins to stretch outwards, with the pain in your stomach increasing each time forcing you to push harder. Soon you realize it wasn't exactly the stomachache you were expecting.
