Butterfly Fae Boyfriend: Lumineux Part Two (complete)
Added 2019-08-20 19:00:02 +0000 UTCAs I walk into the medical tent, I see the familiar sight of Lumineux slumped over and sleeping by his son’s crib. For the last month, Lulëzim, his son, has been healing after getting his wings fixed from a birth defect. I had made the new patch on his wings as well as helped Dr. Haytham attach them in the surgery. Lumineux has been attentive ever since, barely leaving Lulëzim’s side while he recuperates. It’s been a long process, but everything is coming to an end.
“It’s time to wake up.” I shake Lumineux’s shoulder and he bounces up from his sleep. He turns and jerks to look up at me, a bewildered expression on his face. He quickly stands up and smooths his hand through his soft, black hair.
“Did I scare you?” I can’t help but laugh.
“No,” his wings flutter and he steps aside. “I was dreaming.”
“What about?” I lean towards him.
His cheeks darken and he looks away from me, averting his golden eyes as he looks down into Lulëzim’s crib. “Oh good, he’s still asleep.”
I know that soon Lumineux and Lulëzim will have to leave and return home. After all, he’s king. I just wish, everyday, he could stay a little longer with us. It’s a selfish wish, especially with all his new ideas for his kingdom and how to make it a better place, but I want him to stay and leave with the carnival.
“Let him rest, he had a busy day yesterday.” I stand close to Lumineux. “Having the stitches removed was a big deal.”
“He was fussy last night,” Lumineux grumbles. “I think he was uncomfortable. That’s why I slept the way I did.” He rubs his neck and huffs. “I’ve got a crick.”
“Sit down,” I eagerly offer. “I’ll massage your shoulders for you!”
Lumineux’s eyes light up but his cheeks darken. “Are you sure, Nyxie? You must have more important things to do than this.”
I stand behind the chair as he sits down. “Nonsense. I’m happy to help you.” I touch the nape of his neck and Lumineux suddenly flinches. “What’s wrong? Are my hands cold?” I flex my fingers and breathe on them.
“No. it’s not that.” Lumineux has his hand cupped around his neck. “I’m sort of uhm...sensitive there.”
I bite my lip as I suppress a giggle building. “Then maybe we should move this out of the medical tent.”
“No!” Lumineux yelps then slaps his hand over his mouth. “Nothing salacious like that,” he chuckles nervously. “Just, if you touch there, use a less gentle hand.”
I start at the base of his neck where it meets his shoulders. “You got it.”
Lumineux relaxes as I knead my fingers into him. He moans softly and the sound makes my belly flutter. His back stretches and he elongates his neck as I rub my hands on his skin. I know I’m more touching now than doing him any help, but he doesn’t seem to mind.
“Nyxie,” Lumineux moans.
“Yes?” My voice is a low wheeze.
Lulëzim sneezes and whines loudly that it woke him. Lumineux huffs and stands up, going over to the crib and taking him in his arms. “Ok, Lulzy, let’s get you changed.”
My heart is pattering away inside my chest. I take a step back and collect myself with a few slow and deep breaths. As I’m cleaning the blankets in Lulëzim’s crib, Mr. Faire walks in.
“And how is our little champ doing today?” Mr. Faire takes Lulëzim in his arms.
“Doing well,” Lumineux yawns. “I think soon we’ll be able to journey back home once Nyxie and Dr. Haytham give him the ok.”
“I am both sorry and joyous to hear that.” Mr. Faire tilts his head down as Lulëzim tugs at his hair. “We will all miss you once you go.”
“I’ll miss it too,” Lumineux smiles. “But I know I have to get home. There’s much work that needs to be done there.”
Mr. Faire pats the top of Lumineux’s head. “You look exhausted. How about I take care of Lulëzim today and you can get some rest? When is the last time you had a full sleep in your own bed?”
“My own bed? Or just a bed?” Lumineux chuckles.
“I think I can manage the wee one today,” Mr. Faire says. “So go sleep. Nyxie.”
I perk up and look his way.
“Make sure Lumineux gets back to his tent in one piece. He’s a dead man walking at this point.” Mr. Faire laughs.
“Right away.” I set down the dirty sheets into the hamper and go over to Lumineux. “Do you want something to eat before we head back?”
Lumineux shakes his head. “No. But, I do have a favor to ask of you?”
“Oh?” I hold his arm as we walk. “What would that be?”
“Do you mind continuing that massage?” He asks. “It was working wonders for me. I think it might help with the tension between my wings.”
“Of course, anything.” I take Lumineux to his tent and to my surprise, he strips away his shirt once we’re inside. He’s lean and his golden skin has even more freckles than I thought. I had always heard that butterfly fae were beautiful creatures, but I’d never met one I genuinely liked until Lumineux.
“I’ll lay down.” Lumineux grunts as he collapses on the bed. “Have your way with me.”
My wings flutter and Lumineux laughs out loud. “Sorry! That sounds horrible, doesn’t it? I mean just...just work your magic, Nyxie.”
I sit down on the edge of the bed. “It’s ok. I wasn’t planning to take advantage.” I push his wings out of the way and start with his lower back. “I bet you could get better massages at the palace than what I can do.”
“Not really,” he burbles sleepily. “Most of the ones there are all sexual.”
I look at him and his cheek smooshes to the bed and his lids close. “Is that all you butterfly fae do?”
“Kind of,” he grumbles. “Surely you understand that.”
“I’m a moth,” I scoff at him. “We’re a bit more reserved than you lot.”
Lumineux moans loudly as I knead into his back. He then clears his throat to cover it up. “Beg pardon,” he sighs.
“I’ve known other butterfly fae before,” I tell him. “They all flirt and flit around, often naked, often enjoying easy pleasures.” I slip my hands down his sides. “I’ll admit, it was fun to indulge in it for a while. But soon, it grew boring.”
Lumineux giggles deliriously. “With me, it wouldn’t be.”
“My, my, your royal majesty, are you getting suggestive with me?” I tease him.
“I want to but I like you too much,” he drools on the quilt.
My fingers still near his shoulders.
“You’re so pretty, Nyxie,” he mumbles in his half asleep state. “And so nice. I really like you.” He nuzzles into the bed. “I want to kiss you and make love to you all the time.”
“You’re talking in your sleep.” I stand up from him and pull a blanket over his bare back. “Dream away and I’ll check on you later.”
Lumineux’s hand captures mine and I look back at him as he stares up dreamily at me. My heart is exploding and the pieces are all crashing and colliding inside me.
“Please don’t leave me,” he mewls.
I huff and go back to his side. “You need to sleep. Stop pouting and be a good boy for me,” I fuss.
He laces his fingers with mine. “Don’t go. Please?”
His pitiful expression is melting me and I am turning so weak. “And what would I do here while you slept?”
“Let me hold you, you can sleep too.” He holds his arm out to me.
I lay down beside him and he wraps his long, strong arms around me. He nuzzles into my hair and takes a deep breath. “You smell so good,” he murmurs.
“Thank you,” I chirp. I place my hands on his chest.
Lumineux then looks into my eyes. “Can I have a good night kiss?”
“Lumineux-” I struggle with my desire for him as well as the knowledge he’ll leave soon. “I don’t think that’s a good idea. We really shouldn’t.”
Lumineux lays his head on my breast. “I know.”
“But-” I run my fingers through his soft hair. “One couldn’t hurt.”
Lumineux lifts his bleary eyes to mine. I touch his face, slowly closing my lids as his warm mouth presses to mine. I kiss him and feel his warmth mingle with mine. I wrap my arms around him as the kiss grows deeper and hotter. His black tongue slips between my lips and I can taste nectar on him. And then a moment later, he’s snoring beside me.
I touch my lips and gulp down his taste on my tongue. I roll over, cradling him to my chest as he sleeps. I fall asleep beside him, enjoying the comfort of his body next to mine.
When I wake up, I rub the sleep from my eyes and Lumineux kisses my cheek. “Did you sleep well?” A seductive grin crosses his lips.
“I had no choice, some brat clung to me the entire time,” I chuckle. “You’re the one who needed a rest. How did you sleep?”
“I only had good dreams.” He props himself on his elbow. “Your goodnight kiss worked like a charm.”
My cheeks burn and I roll onto my side to look at him. “I’ve not been kissed like that in a long time. Too bad you fell asleep.”
Lumineux clasps his fingers under my chin. “May I do it again?” He asks. “I know you said only once.”
I kiss the tip of his thumb. “Once more won’t hurt.”
Lumineux smiles. “I’ll be gentle.” He leans in and I close my eyes. His kiss is warm and alluring again, drawing me in so I have no choice but to go deeper. I cling to him and feel his weight move on top of me. He quickly stops and pulls himself away. He’s straddling my thighs and I don’t think he realizes I can feel his growing heat on me.
“I went too far,” he pants. “I shouldn’t have done that.”
I pet my palm down his chest. “It’s ok,” I whisper. “I didn’t mind it.”
“You said only once,” Lumineux whispers. “If you want to leave, I understand.” He lays back down on the bed and covers his eyes with his arm.
I roll over and lay my hand on his stomach. “I don’t want to leave.”
Lumineux peeks at me and smiles. “You sure?”
I kiss his cheek and move my palm down his front. “I’m sure.” I rub my palm against the bulge growing in his pants and Lumineux whimpers. “Let me take care of you today.”
Lumineux pushes my hand aside. “No. Not now.” He kisses my palm and each fingertip. “As much as I really want you to.” He places a soft gentle peck on my lips. “Maybe soon, maybe later,” he whispers. “For now, I just want to enjoy being with you.”
“I’d like that.” I stroke my hand on his check and then brush my fingers to his lips.
“Everything you’re doing right now isn’t helping,” he chuckles. “I guess I’m a lost cause after all.” He buries his face in my neck. “I don’t want to do anything we’ll regret.”
I wrap my arms around him, careful to avoid the nape of his neck as I touch him. “What makes you think we’d regret it?”
“When I leave,” he murmurs. “I know I won’t be able to forget you.”
“I won’t forget you either,” I whisper. “But I want you all the same.” I stroke my fingers along the nape of his neck and Lumineux’s body shivers.
“Hey, be careful,” he moans into my ear.
“I don’t want to be.” I grab his face between my palms and kiss him hungrily. His body moves over top of mine again and his hands push up my skirt over my thighs. His long fingers slip along my skin and then press at my core.
I gasp as his fingers rub to my mound and I gaze into his eyes.
“Is this ok?” He whispers. “Can I touch you like this?”
I nod and place my fingers at the back of his neck. “Is this what you dreamed about?” I whimper as his fingers start to find a wet purchase.
His seductive smile returns and he moans as his fingers sink deeper inside me. “I dreamed about your thighs wrapped around my head,” he whispers into my ear. “I dreamed of how sweet your cream would taste as it dripped onto my tongue.”
I squeak and clench around his fingers. “Lumineux,” I whimper.
His moves his fingers slow and precise, finding all the right spots that make me squirm and sigh. He breathes into my ear, moaning darkly as my cream melts down his fingers and onto his knuckles. His heat is pressed against my hip. The rigid shaft grinds into the plump flesh of my thigh as he pulls his fingers from me. I watch him suck then clean them and his dark moan floods my senses.
“Care to make my dreams come true?” He bites my earlobe and I am weak to him.
“Yes,” I pant.
Lumineux rises up and moves himself between my thighs. He lowers down and his long black tongue touches against my lips. I squeak and breathe heavily, letting his warmth radiate through my limbs. His tongue pushes inside me before slipping out and swirling around my clit. I tangled my fingers into his hair, gasping for air as he kisses and licks.
The slow ebb and tide is beginning to crash and thunder. It is a demanding presence that soon sweeps hot and swiftly through my entire body. I cry out, writhing against him between my legs and I melt into the bed.
Lumineux rises up from his victory, licking his lips and gazing down at me with a hungry expression. “I wasn’t expecting such a strong reaction.” He removes my clothes and runs his hands down my naked body. “I’m glad you liked it.”
I hold out shaky hands and bring him into my arms. I kiss him, tasting my cream on his lips and tongue. I trap his waist between my legs and he chuckles softly.
“You’re getting my pants wet,” he teases.
“Then take them off.” I kiss his neck and cheek.
Lumineux moans and sits up. “Are you sure?”
I nod and stroke my fingers through his hair. “I want you as long as you want me.”
Lumineux’s smile makes me melt all over again. He kicks away his pants and I feel his shaft slide against me as he lays back down. He kisses me and arches his back. His wings splay out above us as he guides himself into place.
“You can stop anytime,” he whispers. “It won’t hurt my feelings.”
I shake my head. “Please, keep going.”
Lumineux places himself inside me and I press closer to feel more of him. His cock goes deep inside me and he stills for a moment. He breathes and moans into my ear as he tries to steady himself.
“You feel so good,” I mewl.
Lumineux ruts for a moment before rounding out his hips and slowly pulling out. His fingers slip down, rubbing my clit as he pushes back in. “All I want is to make love to you,” he whispers. “As many times as possible before-”
I kiss him to silence him. I want to live in the fantasy of the moment, in hopes that this moment will last. I want to forget he has to leave and go home. I just want to know he’s with me and feel the passion that courses through both of us.
Lumineux’s movements become harder and more frantic. He pushes deep and his whole body convulses. His mouth opens wide and I squeeze tight around him. Another crash and I am swept away. Lumineux’s heat fills me and the pulsing inside tells me he is far from done. He fills me to the brim and it starts to spill out onto my thighs and the sheets.
Lumineux gulps down a breath and he lays his head on my breast. “I’ll clean up, let me catch my breath.”
I sigh and relax there, not minding the sensation of his cum inside me. “It’s ok,” I giggle. “I don’t mind the feeling.”
“I got carried away,” he purrs. “But wow.”
I laugh and rub my palms down his back. “I enjoyed myself too. Or should I say, I really enjoyed you?”
Lumineux sits up and kisses me. He then uses a blanket to mop me up. “I’ll help you find your clothes. You must be hungry.”
In the distance, we hear crying and it starts getting closer. It’s very obviously Lulëzim and as it gets closer, we can hear him screaming something.
“I hate to be a bother,” Mr. Faire says from the other side of the door. “But this little one keeps screaming for his uhm...his mama.”
Lumineux opens the tent and Lulëzim is sitting in Mr. Faire’s arms, a sobbing mess. He then looks up at me and stretches out his arms.
“Mama! Mama!”
Lumineux stares at me, looking panicked about the situation. I then take Lulëzim in my arms and kiss the top of his head.
“It’s ok,” I murmur. “I’ve got him.”
Mr. Faire leaves and Lumineux continues to stare at me. “He called you-”
“Where did he ever get such an idea?” I scoff.
“He’s never even called me Dada!” Lumineux plops down onto the bed. “This isn’t good,” he groans.
Lulëzim is cooing and happy in my arms, even though his face is still streaked with tears. I kiss the top of his head and he once again coos that word, “Mama.”
“He loves you,” Lumineux sighs. “How can I take him from you?”
“I love you,” I whisper. “I don’t want either of you to go.”
“You-?” He hesitates then smiles. “I know,” he shakes his head. “After what we did, even before. I just wanted to be ignorant, I suppose.” He stands up and kisses Lulëzim then me. “I didn’t want to take you from your home and I can’t leave mine forever.”
“If it’s for you and Lulëzim,” I start softly, “I can find a new home.” I look up into his beautiful eyes.
Lumineux has tears in his eyes. “Would you?”
“Mama,” Lulëzim babbles as he chews on my fingers.
‘“I have no choice,” I giggle. “Besides, I don’t trust any of those ignorant doctors back where you’re from,” I scoff. “If anyone is going to take care of Lulëzim and his wings, it will be me. No one else is allowed to touch them!”
Lumineux kisses the top of my head. “You realize what this means, correct?”
I furrow my brow. “What?”
“You’ll become queen,” he coos to me. “My queen.”
My breath shudders in my throat and I peer up at him. “Oh, that’s right,” I murmur.
Lumineux laughs and hugs me tight with Lulëzim between us. “Is that alright?” He asks me. “Will you come home with us?”
I blink a few tears that roll down my eyes and nod excitedly. “Yes. I’ll go.”
Mr. Faire is ecstatic when we tell him, shedding tears and hugging us after we deliver the news. The whole carnival is put on hold as they put on a celebration in our honor. At one point, I saw Lumineux talking secretly with Mr. Faire and Haytham. When I asked him about it, he blew it off and said he needed to go change Lulëzim.
That evening, Mr. Faire comes to my tent and places a box on my bed. “A small gift, for you.” He says.
“You didn’t have to do this.” I say as I open it.
“As your father, I feel like I had to,” Mr. Faire wipes his head.
Inside the box is a beautiful gown the color of morning glories. An antique white fading down into a gentle blue. It’s covered in shimmering beads and there’s a long train in the back.
“What is this?” I gasp.
“Change into it,” Mr. Faire tells me. “And I’ll show you.” He leaves the tent and I change into the beautiful dress. He then leads me to the main tent where it has been decorated with flowers and shimmering curtains draped down from the ceiling. Everyone has gathered in the seats and in the center of the stage, waiting, is Lumineux and Lulëzim.
Music starts and Mr. Faire squeezes my arm. “He thought you’d want it to be here with your family than somewhere far away.”
I look into his eyes. “You’re leaving this place, aren’t you?”
Mr. Faire smiles at me. “You know how this goes.” He kisses my forehead. “But we’ll always come back to visit.” We walk down the center aisle and Lumineux takes my hand. Lulëzim is holding a small box and inside, there is a small ring.
“Once we get to the palace, I’ll find you a better ring.” He slips the copper band onto my finger and kisses my hand.
“This one is perfect,” I whisper to him. “This is perfect.”
The ceremony is short and sweet and we celebrate long into the night. Come morning, we take a carriage and head home to Lumineux’s kingdom of Monclarate. I bid farewell to the Children of the Night Carnival, knowing they’d be traveling away from this world and into another. It is often what they do.
“Are you ok?” Lumineux asks me.
I nod as Lulëzim sleeps in my arms. “I’m where I’m supposed to be.” I beam up at him. “I’m with you.”
Lumineux kisses my forehead. “Well, my queen, are you ready to meet your royal subjects?”
I take in a deep breath. “Ready to whip them into shape.”
Once we arrive, it is not a warm welcome. In fact, for the first few months, it is torture until Lumineux banishes those who object to both me and Lulëzim from the castle. Lumineux is fighting everyday and I often find him weeping in the gardens. One day, I bring him a cup of warm tea as Lulëzim plays in the grass.
“It will all be worth it,” I tell him.
“But you are miserable,” Lumineux cries. “How could I bring you here to this?”
“I am miserable because you are miserable. What can I do, my love? Tell me and I will shoulder any burden. Just let me help you.” I shake his arm and he looks aside.
“I don’t know, it all seems so-”
There is a giggle and we look up to see Lulëzim flying in order to keep up with a dragonfly. He then plops back down onto the grass, clapping his hands as the dragonfly zooms away.
“Did he-” Lumineux whispers.
“He flew-” I shake my head. “He flew!”
We both jump up, cheering and hugging Lulëzim. It was something so small, but it meant so much to us. It was also the exact thing we both needed to push forward. Soon, Lumineux found a counsel suited towards his new intentions for the kingdom. I also started teaching the doctors and nurses the proper way to care for babies born with wing defects.
Lulëzim grew up strong, handsome, and smart. His wings never slowed him down and he wore his prosthetics like a badge of honor.
“My mom made my wings, so they’re better than anything,” I once heard him say. It was everything in the world to me and Lumineux.
