You will have very divided opinions about the sequels haha ! I really recommend you to watch all the alien movies and make your own mind ! When talking about the 4 first movies, for me, no one is better than another because they feel so different each time and are the expressions of their author : Ridley Scott and his team created an unrivalled horror film universe and atmosphere in the first, James Cameron brought more action and emotion to Aliens, David Fincher should be proud to have succeeded in making a work as coherent and dark as Alien 3 despite the production nightmare, and Jean Pierre Jeunet (a Frenchman who has directed masterpieces such as "Amélie", "the city of lost children" and "a very long engagement") was able to express his talent as a director by adding a dose of dark comedy and grotesquerie to a saga that needed some fresh air with Alien Resurrection ! What's the best Alien movie? All of them !!!!!!! (Well I'm still talking about the first 4) Then you have the last 3 and even if I personnaly don't like them. Some people will say they love them and find them great too !
