Content Update & Focus Shift

Hi everyone! First of all, thank you very much for all your continued support, it is greatly appreciated! I don’t want to make this too long so I will say it: I will be pausing the Hotline indefinitely, starting next month.

But why? I know, the Hotline ideas are always fun to draw! But they also always grow too big in proportion to what they are meant to represent within my work. The idea for the Hotline was always to supplement my content stream, but by my own poor choices I have sadly saddled myself with much more work than I can handle.

The Hotline voted for Nights in Ludos to be restarted at the start of the year, and with that I should have already paused it right there. NIL is a big undertaking and not something to ‘throw in extra’. On top of that I was dumb enough to think I could create a comic with Meek that would -not- grow out of proportion. Silly me. Now you voted for the Booth to return (last month), which is another HUGE idea. HELP!

So yeah, I’m currently drowning in a soup of anxiety and feelings of failure. I need to stop this train for a while so I can catch up, and also allow myself time to focus on other facets too, such as Game Development and Commissions. I want to feel again like I've actually finished my work and my plate is clear for a second!

I want to let you know before the month rolls over, in case this influences your decision to support me. 

To be clear: I won't be slowing down my output. The Meek comic continues. NIL will continue. I will draw the Booth set. Emma Frost will be your Girlfriend (and maybe Daisy too?). But I need a light at the end of the tunnel so I can take a little breather, too! The Hotline will return in some form, once I've had time to digest the work and also focus elsewhere for a little while.
