Added 2021-08-16 23:31:59 +0000 UTCI've been limiting my movement and I think it's definitely working. I'm noticing my belly is even bigger and rounder as a result. Wearing a 3XL that no longer covers the belly. Looking forward to outgrowing all clothing and laying back watching my body expand to it's upper limits.
