Good evening! I am Tobimaru, in charge of promotions.

In this issue, we have interviewed four new members of TeamKRAMA!

They answered with enthusiasm about what kind of commitment TeamKRAMA members have to game development and what kind of fun they want to provide to their fans, so please take a look!

They also answered questions such as "I want to make games with TeamKRAMA! We also have a lot of useful information for those who want to collaborate with TeamKRAMA to create games!

Interview with newcomer, Mr. M

Q.Please give us a rough idea of the titles you are currently in charge of and your duties.

A.I am in charge of creating mini-games for SoD:CS, supporting gamepad operation, and fixing bugs related to gameplay.


Q.Please tell us more about your favorite games and what attracts you to them.

A.JRPG BRAVELY DEFAULT II (Bravely Default 2). 

I bought it because I liked it from the previous game. The story was heavy and made me think. This title is unique in its combat, with a real-time ATP system with an original "Brave" function that requires strategy. It is a work packed with the goodness of JRPG.

 

Q.Please elaborate on the games you are not good at and why.

A.I think I am not good at action-oriented game parts.


Q. What is the most enjoyable/rewarding aspect of your current job?

A.First of all, I am seriously working on what is in front of me. when I am fixing bugs through UE blueprints, I can read the hardships of past implementers, which is very pleasant.


Q.What is the most difficult/challenging part of your current job?

A.The fact that I am required to have extensive knowledge of UE4 and need to keep up with the latest features in the future. I am learning every day.


Q.What do you think is the most important thing in game development? Please share your thoughts.

A. Attention to players and fellow developers. 

For players, I think it is important to improve accessibility, ensure game balance, enrich content, and address errors and bugs in the game. For developers, I value honest communication.


Q. Please talk passionately about your enthusiasm, dreams, challenges, and ambitions for the future.

A.Most recently, my goal is to complete SoD:CS and the next development I am in charge of. I would like to be able to create my own original content and sell it someday, not just games.


Q.Finally, please say something to the fans who enjoy TeamKRAMA's games.

A.To our fans, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is our greatest encouragement that you enjoy our games. We look forward to your continued support of TeamKRAMA! 


Interview with newcomer, Mr. B

Q.Please give us a rough idea of the titles you are currently in charge of and your duties.

A.I am in charge of SOD:CS and AcMe. Basically, I am a scripter and planner.


Q. Please tell us more about your favorite games and what attracts you to them.

A.As for erotic games with gameplay, I love "King of the Demons: Rance. I can enjoy it for many weeks as an SLG of a fantasy war story while worrying about whether to take the eroticism or the power of the game. I enjoy both eroticism and SLGs, and I love games where the two elements are closely intertwined. If the elements are the same and the game is a doujinshi, I like Shimobashira Kobo and Haruuru.


Q. Do you like erotic games? Please tell us about your obsession with erotic games and your proclivity for "this one thing I can't lose".

A.I have been playing doujin eroge since Eris and Artemis, so I am proud to say that I have played quite a lot. My sexuality is omnivorous. From pure love to cuckoldry, from female four-wheel drive to sensory deprivation pitfalls, I'm the type of person who will try anything. In a way, it may be my proclivity to observe, deconstruct, and consider, "Why is this person sexually aroused by this?" ......


Q.How did you get into TeamKRAMA and why did you apply?

A.I joined TeamKRAMA through a connection with a senior student of mine at a game technical school who was a member of TeamKRAMA. I have always been interested in creating erotic games with game elements, so I enjoy working with TeamKRAMA.


Q. What is the most enjoyable/rewarding aspect of your current work?

A.I feel rewarded when I receive some kind of feedback, whether positive or negative.


Q.What is the most difficult/challenging aspect of your current work?

A. The Unity production that I am currently working on is very difficult because I am still in a state of exploration. Also, AcMe is a "vampire survivor-like" game, and I am having a hard time differentiating it from other games.


Q. What do you think is the most important thing in game development? Please share your thoughts.

A. I am conscious of thinking about the other party. As a planner, I always think about where and what players will enjoy. As for the development team, I think about what I can do to help my teammates with their problems.


Q.Please talk passionately about your future enthusiasm, dreams, challenges, and ambitions.

A. I would like to create a work in which both the erotic and game parts can be enjoyed. 


Q.Finally, please say something to the fans who enjoy TeamKRAMA's games.

A.We are aiming to release AcMe by the end of this year!

Q.Please give us a rough idea of the titles you are currently in charge of and your duties.

A.I am in charge of animation.


Q.Please tell us more about your favorite games and what attracts you to them.

A.The Legend of Zelda, Gen-Shin, and Collapse Star Rails. I think that the story and the high degree of freedom are attractive points. 


Q.Please tell us more about the games you are not good at and why.

A. It is a neglected game! I tend to have nothing to do! 


Q.How did you join TeamKRAMA and why did you apply?

A. I was introduced by a teacher at a vocational school!  I had never animated an ecchi game before, so I applied with interest.


Q. Please talk passionately about your future enthusiasm, dreams, challenges, and ambitions.

A.I would like to develop games myself someday!


Q.Finally, please say something to the fans who enjoy TeamKRAMA's games.

A.Please keep up the good work and enjoy AVC!


Interview with newcomer, Mr. Z

Q.Please give us a rough idea of the titles you are currently in charge of and your duties.

A.I am in charge of general modeling at SOD:CS and character modeling at AVC.

I also help with programming a little bit at SOD:CS, even though I am still inexperienced.


Q.Please tell us more about your favorite game and its appeal.

A.Fire Emblem. When I was in elementary and junior high school, all I did was to take seemingly weak characters like bandits and dancers and raise them to gorilla status with items and in the arena.

In terms of analog games, I love a board game called "Code Name. It's a simple game where you have to make your friends guess a certain group of cards out of the many word cards on the board. I like word manipulation games in general, but this one is very fun because of the complexity of how to play the cards that are slightly similar but not allowed to be picked up, while thinking of words that are associated with completely different words together.


Q.Please tell us more about the games you are not good at and why.

A.I am not good at real-time strategy games. There is too much information to process. Also, I am not good at werewolf games. I am too bad at lying and don't know what to say.


Q. Do you like erotic games? Please tell us about your obsession with erotic games and if you have any proclivities that you "can't lose this one".

A.I am not one who does a lot, but I cried at the end of "Demon King on the G line". Also, I was addicted to a side-scrolling 2D erotic game with Princess Peach as the main character in a foreign browser game for a while. I'm a pretty omnivorous person, so I'm losing out to a wide range of sexual proclivities other than dirty and painful ones. I can't win. Recently, I lost to hygre brainwashing.


Q.Why did you join TeamKRAMA and why did you apply?

A.We have a separate circle that creates and sells games, but we were asked to join because we mainly develop the same game engine (UnrealEngine). 


Q. What is the most enjoyable/rewarding aspect of your current job?

A.Since joining TeamKRAMA, I have been doing a wide range of work from prop modeling, character setup, modeling to UE4 programming. I was originally a background modeler, so it is very enjoyable to see the character models I was involved with animate and move.


Q. What is the most challenging or hardest part of your current job?

A. It is difficult because it is always a series of new things, so it is hard to have a clear outlook on what I am working on, and I work with uncertainty. 


Q. What do you think is the most important thing in game development? Please tell us your thoughts.

A.In developing doujinshi games, the most important thing is to make them "fun! Good! and "good!" feelings as a guideline, and enjoy creating the game in front of you.


Q. Please talk passionately about your enthusiasm, dreams, challenges, and ambitions for the future.

A.In the doujin eroge community, I want to be like the local teishoku-ya that for some reason never goes out of business, the kind of place where people say, "I tried it and it was just plain delicious.


Q.Finally, what would you like to say to the fans who enjoy TeamKRAMA's games?

A.I hope to do a job that lives up to the TeamKRAMA brand. I will contribute to the games you play, mainly in terms of modeling.

I have the impression that their favorite games range from well-known works to doujin eroge, and even board games. Many of them tend not to play sexually explicit games.

We welcome those who have experience in Unreal Engine 4, which is our circle's main development platform, as well as those who have experience in Unity development!
