Surgery

Hey everyone.

A bit of a glib one today but I'll try to keep it my usual self ha!

Tomorrow I'm having my second round of surgery on my throat. It should be okay but as with any surgery there are risks. It's gonna require additional medication and some turbulent recovery time. 

I wanted to say thank you for being with me on this journey. I've come a long way from where I started and it wouldn't be what it was without you here listening to me "moan into a mic" heh.

If the worst should happen, I'm very glad I got to do this and I wouldn't change a thing. 

Thank you. 

But like I said, I should be absolutely fine, just in need of rest afterwards before I begin the next stage of treatment.

I'm going to take a bit of time off to allow my throat and voice to heal and to rest as best I can. But when I come back I mean to come back stronger than ever. I will keep you updated on my recovery and my return as often as I can and as always I'll keep communication as open as possible. 

I wanted to say that your support has been incredible this whole time and I appreciate every single one of you. 

Your kindness throughout a very difficult year and a half has been exceptional and I am very grateful to have you here. On that note, some of you have reached out and asked me to provide further ways you can support me financially in my recovery and I appreciate that immensely.

I want to sign off with some positivity. 

Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Life is precious and you never know what tomorrow will bring. Take your health seriously. Love generously and take the time to fill up your life with as many happy memories as you can. Today is another chance to start something amazing. Give hugs, kisses and cuddles like they were going to be your last. And finally, spend every day appreciating the good things in your life. Thank you for being a good thing in mine.
