(Speedpaint) BLACK LIVES MATTER Donation Sketches
Added 2020-06-03 15:17:24 +0000 UTCI recently began a small thread on Twitter, offering a sketch for anyone with proof of donation to a number of organizations such as Black Visions Creative, Reclaim the Block, Minnesota Freedom Fund, and North Star Health Collective.
I was quickly overwhelmed with the amount of donations pouring in! Since then, multiple artists have expressed interest and offered to do some of these sketches themselves! We now have a group of over 15 artists (and growing!) offering art to donors. It has been so amazing seeing so many willing to donate, help out, and spread the word.
I have a few more to finish myself, but after I will be acting as organizer for however longer donations keep coming in, or we run out of able artists!
