As unpleasant as it would be for her to have one of the more sensitive parts of her body scratched on the ground, which after a few growth spurts is even bigger, plumper and more sensitive than ever, I think she could adapt. Her huge baby feeders could start mass producing milk to reduce friction and help her colossal udders glide along the ground while constantly moisturizing them. Although as a result she would leave two big white footprints behind wherever she went xD Or three, considering how stimulating this process could be for her (≖ ͜ʖ≖)

At least someone would be able to keep 103 Sonia company. 192 inches is a really good result. And I guess that this size may be a limit with this breast shape, because although I would love to see Gigi exceed the magical 200 inches, she would rather rub her nipples on the ground xD Unless she switched to shoes with ridiculously high heels like Alice's 102 to gain those few extra inches to be able to walk around with such monstrous udders. Gigi isn't out of the game yet, she still has a chance to grow again.
